Beautiful place to stay near the activities of La Fortuna while being in a quiet area.

The house is beautiful with everything a family needs. Everything is impeccable. It is in an excellent location 5 minutes from downtown, but in a very quiet place. I highly recommend it!!!!

Good location, not too far from the small town and arenal volcano.

Well located accommodation in a quiet area. We were able to see a sloth directly from the pool area and another sloth and a monkey near the bridge, a 30-second walk away. Aging accommodation but still in very good condition. Pool with cloudy water

Excellent stay! Good AC, everything just as seen in the photos, the kitchen well equipped for cooking, and the instructions for entering very clear. The pool is great, and the table next to the pool is very convenient. Yes, we'll be back!

Randall’s place was clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay. La Fortuna has a lot to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful. The place is very quiet, both day and night. We were able to sleep without earplugs, which is rare for us! It is very dark at night, which is ideal for a good night's sleep. We felt like we were in the countryside while being close to the city. The pool was very clean, and we particularly appreciated the roof that covers the patio, which allows you to enjoy it in good weather or bad. The rooms are also very comfortable. As a minor area for improvement, the pans are very scratched and the non-stick coating is almost completely worn away. I would also have appreciated a few extra amenities, such as a kettle. However, these are only small details that in no way diminished our appreciation of the stay. We were even sad to leave the house! We'd love to go back.

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place, this is the ideal place, close to restaurants and many attractions in La Fortuna. I would definitely choose to stay at this place again.

This place was nice and clean. It was nice to have a pool for the kids to play in after a long day of hiking and the waterfall. It is small but quaint. Finding it was a little challenging, Waze took us to the tourist office but we found it eventually. We felt safe knowing there was a gate but it was a little finicky and took some time to open and close (the remote seems to have to be in just the right position so keep trying and it will close). The actual location was convenient and close to all the attractions. Water pressure in the showers was low but maybe that’s typical for the area. Randall was quick to respond. Overall a good stay.

Randell was a great host. The house was exactly as described in the listing, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was especially enjoyable and made our stay even better. The only challenge was finding the location initially, but that seemed to be more of a local navigation issue than anything related to the host. Randell was responsive whenever we reached out and addressed our needs promptly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this property again if we return to Costa Rica.

The place was super clean! The pool was also very well maintained. There was soap, towels, coffee, salt, oil, etc. We loved going to see the sloths in front of the house every morning. But luckily the neighbor across the street was there to help us find them, because it's not always easy! Thank you, Gonzo! That gentleman was really nice! He even helped us book a horseback riding activity! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our stay. Randall recommended a great grocery store and perfect restaurant right down the street called Delicias Tablada that was amazing! It's a short 10 min drive to town. The fence is more of a grey color so was a little hard to find off of pictures but just look for the sign on the fence that says Los Girasoles and has yellow flowers on it. Randall was always prompt to reply and give recommendations. We could not have asked for a more perfect or pleasant home to borrow for our stay.
