This house is perfect for families, especially those with children. Spacious, with air conditioning throughout the house and many beds, cribs and a baby feeding chair, as well as 3 ½ bathrooms. The house was super clean and the green area outside was amazing, with a freshly mowed lawn and a perfect pool. Plus, it has the sea in front. We will definitely come back.

Great place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at David’s place. The location is perfect for surfing and for shopping in town. Communication could not have been better. Our every question was answered within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a better place to stay for the week!

We had two families of 5 and it was perfect for us! The location on the beach was magnificent, the kids loved playing in the waves and boogie boarding!

Our group of 7 had an amazing stay . The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views great for long sandy beach walks . The house is spacious and the pool is so nice it has everything you need . David and Askel are quick to respond and Askel was so great organizing our transportation as well as accommodating an early check in due to a very early flight arrival.We fell in love with the kitty that would hang out with us . Hope to come back one day , it was so hard to leave .

We had a great time. The lawn and pool were beautiful. We were steps away from the beach which was great! The house is simple and has everything we needed. Location great!! We will return!

This is the second time staying at this house, and it's one of our favorites!Able to see Scarlet Macaws from the front yard, and surfers on the beach! House is great, stores near by, nice pool, and ocean right there! all you can ask for !

Excellent place, the house is super well located facing the sea, the administrator Askel is amazing, communication was very good at all times, we had some problems but thanks to the communication with the administrator everything was solved immediately!!! Definitely a place I'd come back to!!!

We had an amazing week at David's home. We were 4 couples and there was plenty of room. It was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we took turns cooking dinner. The views, weather, beach and Costa Rican wildlife made our stay. Askel was such a great help with booking tours, transportation and any recommendations we needed. We highly recommend David's place and would stay there again!

What a nice place and right on the beach in Playa Hermosa. Nice and spacious house was more than enough for our group. The pool was great as well as the outdoor living area and landscaping too. It was like having your own tropical paradise oasis.
