We had an incredible stay and couldn’t recommend this home more! The host was absolutely amazing. Pia’s communication was outstanding from start to finish, and she was always quick to help with anything we needed. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for our toddler and our little dog, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and surrounded by all the great restaurants, shops, and everything Santa Teresa has to offer. One of our favorite parts was falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean every single day. Hearing the waves 24/7 was incredibly peaceful and made the experience even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

The house, location, and gracious host made this experience truly unforgettable. This is one of the most unique homes we’ve ever stayed in. Our host went above and beyond to help us navigate our route during the rainy season, made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay, and even helped us find a babysitter so we could enjoy a night out.

This was such a gem of a place! Located right on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing at all hours of the day, incredible! Location was everything, walking distance to the Main Street and many local restaurants and hotels, truly no need for a car. Pia was a very helpful and responsive host. There was a grounds keeper, housekeeper and guard that would come occasionally which was nice to help you feel safe and keep the property clean. No AC in the common room was a bit of a struggle in the early afternoon, but rooms are nice and cool. The common area also has screened in windows which did allow some bugs to enter, but the location and beautiful beach make it worth it!

Best place we've stayed at in Santa Teresa, well worth the price. Steps from the beach and walking distance from shops, etc. Pia perhaps the most helpful host we've ever interacted with. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve been an Airbnb user regularly for a decade and Pia was the best host I’ve ever had during that time. Not only that, the house is right on the beach, the ac works much better than in most non-US countries and it was a bargain for the location

I don't know if I can find the words to describe how special this place is! We were greeted warmly and given the details about the house in person. We could feel the breeze coming off of the ocean through the screen windows all over the house, and hear the pounding of the waves from every room. It's the perfect blend of modern and traditional. Every detail of the house is beautiful. It has to be one of the best locations in the region. Bedrooms were cool and linens were crispy and white. We had everything we needed. I can't wait to return.
