We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was easy. The host was responsive and made the entire process smooth. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay. Beach was walking distance, private pool and private community. Everything was clean and staff of the community was very friendly.

We had a great time at Daniel’s place. Great location, easy to catch Uber or walk around. White sand beach…but there was a lot of Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach. Nothing that Daniel could do about as it is along the entire hotel zone beaches. Some areas worse than others. June and July are unfortunately peak season for the sargassum to wash ashore from the ocean. It made it a challenge to swim in ocean direct from shore. However, a short ferry to Isla Mujeres solved that. So beautiful. Beds were firm mattresses (not memory foam) linens and towels were great. Daniel’s was a great host, very responsive to any concerns we had. Pool was great, felt completely private as no one was ever there when we used the pool. Would recommend for your next Cancun Vacation.

House was big and beautiful. It was cold and rainy when we were there so only the kids were crazy enough to jump in the private pool.

We loved the super spacious house; we had a very pleasant stay. The security guards were very friendly, and there is a convenience store very close by. We thought the location was excellent. We had a great time at Daniel's place.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach villa! The space is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together without ever feeling crowded. It truly has everything you could need—from well-equipped amenities to thoughtful touches that make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is another huge plus. It’s conveniently situated close to everything you might need, yet tucked away in a secure, gated community that feels very safe and peaceful. We always felt at ease coming and going, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this villa offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and security. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Right along the beach, easy to navigate to any spot of Cancun, very accessible for Uber. Area felt really nice in a gated villa community, so we always felt safe. The host was very responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

We have found our home away from home in Cancun! We loved our stay at Daniel’s place, which is located in a quiet, private condominium village with 24/7 security and pool and beach access. The kitchen had plenty of items to cook and bake with, and all of the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. We had a group of 8 and had TONS of space; we could have comfortably fit 4 more! The location is great, as there are shops (including some corner stores and Starbucks nearby) and everything in the hotel zone is within a 10-12 minute drive. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, and we loved just relaxing in the spacious communal areas within the house itself. Daniel was also very responsive and always answered any questions that we had before and during our stay. We look forward to coming here and staying here again!!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The beach was as close as some stays we have had at the larger hotels and really pretty. The security guard was always helpful and attentive. The condo pool courtyard was steps away and always had chairs, and the private pool was very fun. Lots of restaurants close by but on the pricier side (but very yummy). Once we figured out the bus that was also close by and easy to navigate we had access the cheaper options too. Daniel and his wife Marianna were super helpful and very attentive in communicatioons

The house itself is quite spacious and had the potential to be a very comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the condo is in need of general maintenance and upkeep. Several items were broken or poorly repaired — for example, some of the pool furniture was damaged and unusable. The shower head had been secured with zip ties, which actually cut my hand when I tried to adjust it. Situations like this made the stay less comfortable and raised some safety concerns. One area that was disappointing was the handling of basic supplies. When we asked for additional toilet paper, we were told that this is not a hotel and that we would need to purchase our own. While we understand that policies vary, the response felt somewhat unwelcoming given the length and cost of the stay.Overall, while the property has good space and potential, it did not meet expectations for the price paid. maintenance issues and overall experience.

Thank you for your comments. However, they do not accurately reflect the reality of what occurred during your stay. During your stay, the only issue reported was related to a toilet, which was attended to and resolved immediately by our maintenance team. No other concerns were communicated at any time, and throughout the stay you expressed that you were comfortable in the property. The photographs and complaints sent after your departure were taken in areas that are not transit or commonly used spaces for guests. They do not reflect the actual area used during the stay, particularly the space next to the pool, which is the area guests enjoy and which was in normal condition. The lounge chairs shown in your photos were located in an area that was clearly out of service and set aside. There were multiple other sunbeds available and in proper condition for guest use. It is unclear why those specific chairs were selected for the photographs when they were not part of the active pool area setup. It is important to clarify that your claims were reviewed by the platform and ultimately dismissed, as objective evidence was provided demonstrating a reality different from what was presented in your complaint. Therefore, no compensation was granted. Regarding the toilet paper, it is correct that you requested additional units. The property provides sufficient toilet paper in each bathroom for the beginning of the stay. As clearly stated in the listing, we do not provide hotel-style service, and additional supplies during the stay must be purchased by guests. The response given at the time was courteous and fully consistent with the information provided in the listing. We have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with more than 2,300 reservations managed across different platforms. Our guests are our strongest endorsement, and on every platform where we operate, we hold distinguished recognitions for the quality of our service, both professionally and personally. This space is not intended to create controversies, but to share experiences in an objective and professional manner. Out of respect for the community, we will not go into further detail. From a strictly professional standpoint, we do not recommend this guest to other hosts. Daniel E Laens
