Very good service in a very comfortable, cozy house with everything you need for a vacation with family or friends. The service from Doña Fina and René was unbeatable. They were attentive to us, to our arrival, and also when we contacted them. They took care of and respected our privacy in the house at all times and were very accessible. We would definitely come back to stay with them.
The house is excellent. It is comfortable, private, and clean. The rooms are spacious. It is a plus that each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is medium-sized. The projector and audio are a plus, and I thought they were very good. As for the arrival, Mrs. Fina welcomed us. She was kind, showed us the house, and they were still working on the final details for the handover, but everything was fine. She gave us some recommendations for places in the area to eat or shop. As for the stay, it was fine, except that the first night and part of the next day the power went out. The first night we couldn't rest because it was too hot and we needed the air conditioners. The next day they helped us with a generator, but it wasn't enough. Still, they looked for solutions, and once the power came back, everything was great. The check-out time is exact for the return. Everything is checked, and there are extra costs, such as a cleaning fee upon return. Overall, the stay was very good. Thank you very much.
The house is beautiful. It's even much better than what the photos show. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Ms. Fina and René were very friendly and helpful at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The house is even better than it looks in the photos: clean, modern, and in excellent condition. The check-in process was super easy, and Mrs. Fina always answered my questions within minutes. If you're going to book, I would definitely recommend it. The house was perfect, the stay is comfortable, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms, and it's very comfortable overall. The only thing I wouldn't recommend, which is completely separate from the stay itself since I had no issues with it, is going to Mahaua Beach because there's a lot of crime. I want to thank Mrs. Fina and the owners of the house for their attention, kindness, and empathy.
The house is very spacious, with well-sized rooms in good condition. An excellent place to stay with family; the pool with warm water, and the thoughtful touch of the safety gate and audio system are a bonus. The service provided by the manager (Ms. Fina) was excellent at all times. We would definitely stay at Casa Brisa again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The truth is that the house was much more than I expected, I think at least for me the photos don't do it justice I was very happy and comfortable with my friends. If I go to Acapulco again without a doubt this would be my first choice

If you are willing to have a Mrs. Fina arrive 30 min before your departure, (and she is pressuring you to leave the accommodation within the accommodation) it is the fantastic option, likewise you must pay if or if the cleaning of the house $500 or $1,000, when the app already includes it, because Mrs. Fina outside wants money, be careful if you do not give her the money she invents a thousand things to the owners that are not true, take your dishes, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, because none of that there is, the towels smell of moisture, in general because of the lies of the lady the house is fine, I realized that face for what it is since in the area there are houses with super view and at a lower cost, too bad that there was not for that bridge, there is no hot water that is if you have the bad luck that it is cloudy the day bye with the warm water.

There is no reason to complain since the guest did not pay for the cleaning, and there is no reason to disrespect Mrs. Fina. Of course, not to mention in your review that they left sheets with pee and vomit on them. Of course, also 3 pets that they brought without paying. And they arrived at 10:00 pm and left after the check-out time clearly in the regulations. Watch out for this guest.
The house is very spacious and delivers what it promises. We enjoyed the pool and the comfort of the bedrooms. A very good point is that each room has its own bathroom

The house is large, very clean and nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Daily house cleaning is included. Mrs. Fina was super friendly and always ready to help us at all times. Overall we had a very nice week. We'd be happy to come back. 😊

Everything was excellent, the only thing I didn't like is that you have to check out at 12:00 should be more flexible in check out time, otherwise everything was very good.
