My family had a lovely stay here in Nosara. The pool and surrounding views are incredible, and the hosts are very kind, helpful, and responsive. The home is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the lowest level, the kitchen/living space on the main level, and an open loft with a bed on the 3rd. Something to note: the stairs to the loft are quite steep and may not be suitable for younger children or individuals with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, the home is well-equipped (the laundry was a plus!) and comfortable. There is a second rental on the property as well as the hosts' home, but it still felt very private. Best of all, it's only a short drive away to several beaches and restaurants in Nosara and the surrounding areas.

Wow! What a beautiful peaceful place! The view was spectular, particularly watching the sunrise. There were monkeys lazily hanging in the trees and the pool was refreshing with a great view of the ocean in the distance. We felt relaxed and everything was just what we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Flowers were in bloom everywhere. Marie and her husband were kind and available. Thanks for sharing your piece of the jungle with us!!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and thoughtful laid out. Awesome ocean views from the pool/decks where you can enjoy the sunset with wildlife visits on the daily. Marie was also extremely accommodating of any requests we had as well had great local recommendations.

Beautiful place, had a great time. Super decor, huge beds and a nice pool. The driveway to the house is only short but not to be underestimated, it was a bit exhausting with the car, even if it is four-wheel drive.

great house, good pool, helpful hosts. the drive way up to the house is not for the faint hearted (ie. very steep) but enjoyed the jungle feel with friendly howler monkeys.

This is a very lovely place! Close to the Nosara beaches but up on a hill, secluded, with wonderful views. The infinity pool is big enough to do some laps and has an incredible view of the sunset. My youngest daughter loved the loft bedroom, also with an awesome view. Spacious balcony and nice area around the pool. Guiones beach is a classic surfing beach with a lovely main road leading to it. Host was incredibly responsive, friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips. Thank you! Definitely get AWD vehicle if you plan to drive to Nosara area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sol Villa with the family! It really felt like home from home and we had everything we needed for our family. Waking up in the mornings to see the monkey family having breakfast and the sunrise, relaxing by the pool during the heat of the day and enjoying the sunset and stars were special moments. We stayed three weeks and Avana Marie helped us source transport, additional cleaning and plenty of recommendations and advice. Very responsive, flexible and accommodating! We will be back for sure!!

Marie’s place was truly wonderful! Not only were the views spectacular, but the house was also very well-equipped. Marie was a very responsive host and helped us out whenever we needed it. A major highlight from our stay was the abundance of wildlife around the house. We were constantly greeted by families of monkeys and toucans in the nearby trees. We’ve stayed at four other properties in Nosara over the years, and this had by far the most consistent presence of monkeys - perhaps because of how high up we are on the mountain. It truly made our trip!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was wonderfully appointed - spacious for our family of 5. The salt water pool was a great way to cool off and enjoy sunsets with ocean view . Avana Marie and her husband were very helpful and extremely responsive. She even went out of her way to do an initial grocery shop for us so we had food in the refrigerator when we arrived.! Having laundry machines available was an added bonus. Beaches were a short drive and easy to access. We would definitely stay again if we return to Nosara in the future.! Pura Vida & thank you!

A beautiful, peaceful retreat with stunning views just a very short car journey to the beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes. Would definitely return. Lovely hosts too who live on site (but are very respectful of your peace and quiet) so always there if you need anything. Comfortable beds, has everything you need. Perfect for our family of four adults and with a matching villa next door would be ideal for a small group. Highly recommended!! ❤️

Marie was a terrific host. Even though we reserved her place at the last minute, she allowed an early check in and was very gracious. Her home was beautiful - exactly what we were looking for. The view from the infinity pool was spectacular!

Beautiful location up in the hills above Playa Pelada. It is a very steep road to get there so I would recommend renting a car or ATV! We just took tuk tuks everywhere which worked fine. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and patio and clean and comfortable house. Also the layout is nice. Marie is so responsive to any questions during the week. Such a peaceful location with monkeys and tropical birds everywhere.
