Nice house close to the beach. We had a good time there. Only negative for us was the noise from the street.

The house is quiet and just a few steps from the lovely Playa Coco. Jennifer was a very responsive and helpful host. My only complaint would be a lack of comfortable seating in the living area.

Great spot steps away from the beach. Jennifer was super responsive and the place was clean with all the cooking equipment one could ask for. We loved hanging out at the beach during the day and evening for sunset and the patio at night. Highly recommended.

The place/location is perfect with ocean views, the house has many beds, you can cook very well, what I do recommend is air conditioning, because in summer the bedrooms are very hot since there is too little ventilation through the small windows, for a good price/quality ratio it would not be bad to consider installing air conditioning. Very nice colonial style house, nice terraces with very nice materials, it would be worth giving better maintenance to doors, drawers and lastly I recommend a second hammock, these suggestions with the intention of improving the place. Casa Malinche is nice, pleasant and in an excellent place to rest. Apart from my suggestions, I recommend the place and the communication with Fidelina was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay, Jennifer was very responsive and the beach was much closer than I expected. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would book this place again. The beach is one of the best in Nicaragua and Jennifer’s home was the perfect way to spend a few days.

Beautiful Place, Peaceful, Confortable. we stayed for 9 days with my kids and it was perfect, the beach was clean and walking distance i can only say we would like to come back again. i only would like to sudgest a washing machine, its the only thing missing for this place to be absolutely perfect, i can only suggest this because we stayed for so long and i have small children.

Super quiet location, about 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach! Ideal for families with children. If there is something, they will respond very quickly and find a solution. Very friendly hosts Jennifer & Winston. Small shopping kiosk close by. Overall we had a great time!

We were two families traveling with kids and teenagers, a total of nine people, and Jenny’s place was perfect for us. The house is just 50 meters from El Coco Beach. The beach itself is amazing — in the late morning hours, I often felt completely alone on several kilometers of coastline! The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. You can also buy fresh ocean fish directly from local fishermen at very good prices right on the beach in the morning when they return from the sea. Jenny provided helpful tips about local restaurants and grocery stores, which made our stay even better. This trip created unforgettable memories for all of us!

Casa Tora is the perfect beach bungalow - it is steps from the beach yet shaded and cool so you get a break from the sun. Everything is just like the photos. The porches are perfect for hanging out and we did not find bugs a problem in November. The blue birds were VERY interested in our food, which was an entertaining wildlife encounter. The hosts provided ample coffee and fresh water, which we were very grateful for.

We spent a beautiful week at Casa Tora and Playa el Coco with our two children aged 5 and 10. Swimming in the sea several times a day, lounging in the hammocks, exploring the rocks, watching the crabs and other sealife, and enjoying the many outdoor spaces the house has to offer. The house is well equipped and beautifully clean. The listing is very accurate, Jenny and Winston are very responsive and keen to share local info, and there is a housekeeper available should you need it. A new road is under construction which will certainly make the journey easier for anyone who like us does not come in a 4x4 - but it may mean the otherwise deserted beach becomes a little more populated! The noise of the construction traffic was a constant companion, though it did not bother us (or the howler monkeys!)...and the sound of the immense sea was louder.

Everything is a 10!! Excellent!! The house is beautiful... we recommend putting a trash can that the dogs can't knock over. The only drawback!!
