As advertised - you walk off the grass in the back yard onto the beach. The beach is long and beautiful. Drink coffee in the morning to the sound of the ocean.

Perhaps the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had across all our stays around the world. The property is absolutely amazing—almost unreal. The location could not be better: right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The way the backyard blends into the beach is incredible. You can choose to walk along the main road, which is a bit busy, or simply walk on the beach and turn toward whichever part of town you want to visit. For what we paid, I feel like this was the best-case scenario. I would definitely rent this place again next time I’m in Santa Teresa.

Wow. Just wow. A beautiful, comfortable home right on the beach and seconds from the middle of the vibrant town of Santa Theresa. Camille the concierge took care of everything we needed and helped make for one of the greatest family vacations of all time. The house was immaculate and the daily cleaning kept it that way. If it that wasn't enough, we arrived to first of coffee, fresh fruit, wine and even a bracelet for our daughter. We love Costa Rica and have visited several times - this was the best home we've ever had the pleasure of living in. Muchas Gracias!

Incredible stay! The place is right on the beach, which made it perfect for morning walks and amazing sunset views. The location alone makes this spot worth it. Sophie and the host was outstanding, super responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is stunning and the sunsets here are incredible , one of the best spots to watch the sun go down. It was so convenient for surfing every day, and after being in the water all day we loved coming back, showering, and just cooking dinner at home. Honestly, the house is so comfortable and peaceful that we didn’t feel the need to go out at all , just relax, enjoy the view, and spend quality time together. Perfect for a family that loves to surf and be close to the ocean. We truly felt at home and completely relaxed the entire stay. We will definitely be back.

This review cannot be more well-deserved or do enough justice. We loved everything about it. The service, which includes daily housekeeping, was very well managed by Sophie and staff. Sophie answered any and all questions. This property is a private, luxurious enclave literally facing the beach in the heart of lively Santa Teresa. We can’t wait to be back!

Fabulous Stay in Santa Teresa! Our family had an absolutely amazing time in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The home was wonderful in every way! Our host, Josefina, was exceptional - warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. She arranged wonderful activities for us. Every detail was handled flawlessly. The staff were all so kind and genuinely eager to help. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Costa Rica!
