Really awesome place just as described. Loved the view and sounds of the sea all around the clock. Great communication- always only a short message away. A fully dark curtain would be a worthwhile investment as in particular the Masterbedroom faces the East and it‘s very bright already early in the morning. But in any case: 5 stars of 5 … thanks for hosting my family and me.

Okay!! This Place is unbelievable! Gorgeous, Clean, Modern, Clutter Free(which is so important to Me), Amazing View, Spectacular Beach, Pool is Unbelievable, Zaire is an Amazing host and was able to accommodate our needs, Sunset boat ride along the coastline, fishing excursions that were private and worth every penny. There are restaurants and grocery stores that are only a 5 minute walk away. Everyone is extremely friendly and could not be more helpful.. Safe! Safe! Safe! The pictures are accurate but still not do the Place justice.. IT IS GORGEOUS! Thankyou so much for everything and We will be back for sure.. Look No Further and Book!!!! Best wishes, The Mundy's❤️

The property had spectacular beach-front views and was exactly what we wanted and expected - all necessary amenities, clean, peaceful, with very close restaurants and bars and many Pacific coast sights nearby. Zaire was a fantastic host with an amazing speed in responding and proactive in resolving any queries. The best host Ive ever had. Thank you!

Zaire's place was amazing! The host is very helpful and answers all your questions quickly. We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the ocean from the balcony and the quiet atmosphere of Jiquelite. The apartment is also clean and cozy, even hot water is available here. There are also shops, cafes and excellent restaurants at a walking distance but nothing's too crowded. We would recommend visiting 99 Surf Lodge for breakfast/dinner as their food is amazing but the cooking facilities are also excellent at the apartment. We would highly recommend this place for everyone enjoying beautiful places, friendly people, good food and relaxing environment.

Short surf trip with a baby, couldn’t ask for a better setup! House had every amenity you could need. Walkable to a few surf breaks, market, multiple restaurants. Immediate area felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. Short drive to multiple other breaks. Luxury feel without the gated community vibe while still feeling secure thanks to the friendly on site staff!

Can’t say enough great things about Zaire’s place. The house is brand new, with a great balcony overlooking the water and the beach. There are fans in every room, and the A/C worked great. A security guard was posted every night. It’s walking distance to the Popoyo and Santana breaks. The host is very friendly, super responsive, and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay, the host was so accomodating with helping us with recommendations and providing anything we needed. Beautiful house and wonderful stay.

Fantastic experience! The apartment is modern, new, and features a very practical layout with beautiful views. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax. We also enjoyed the pool, which was spotless and well-kept. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Popoyo was amazing and a great last stay on our Nicaraguan vacation.
