Went with a group of 8 for a bachelorette party. Maria and her staff were wonderful and gracious hosts. The villa is even more unbelievable than the photos, you can tell Maria put a lot of thought and intention into every aspect of the house. We were there during whale watching season and we saw dozens of whales while we were at the villa, it was the highlight of our trip. You can also watch the sunrise and sunset from the villa. Maria arranged kitchen pre-stock, airport transportation and a tequila tasting while we were there. Maria and her team greeted us with welcome margaritas, chips and guacamole, gave us a tour of the villa and a quick run down of the sound system and fire pit. We didn't have use of one of the bedrooms (with the single queen bed), but the house is so spacious we didn't even notice. I've already shared her listing with friends and family for their future Cabo trip. I highly recommend staying at villa Maria for a luxurious Cabo trip.

The house is absolutely beautiful in a very secure neighborhood and close to downtown. The entire staff was very helpful before and throughout our stay. They helped us book all of our transportation, dinners, groceries, and even a mariachi band. Definitely recommend the chefs as well - they prepared a taco bar for lunch and a full dinner and they were both delicious! Highly recommend staying here and leveraging all the services the team offers.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at Villa Maria and it was incredible! The house is even more gorgeous in person and Marilu is amazing! She made sure everything was perfect. Ismael took care of all our needs. The chefs (Ana and Cristian especially) were all very good. The housekeeper was lovely as well. It felt like we had known all of them for years. We felt very taken care of and would come back any time!

Villa Maria was terrific! Really beautiful home, outstanding views, and terrific service team helped make our stay great. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place. The home was exquisite. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday along with 5 couples. Maria was amazing. She helped with everything from transportation to setting up a surprise mariachi band to serenade my wife on her special day. 5 star for sure

Great place, great host and Maria helped out with a lot with details. She arranged massages after our fishing trip, a chef for dinner and breakfast and Covid tests at the house. I liked the back kitchen for the chef, pretty cool. We also had a cleaning lady every day who was very quite and we hardly noticed she was there. We will book it again.

The most stunning Villa my family and I have ever stayed in. We spent a week in Cabo and truly experienced world class luxury. From the extremely well appointed villa to the first class service provided by Elia; there was nothing we didn’t have access to at our fingertips. The photos don’t do this massive estate justice, as we spent most of the week in sheer awe of its beauty and views of the Pacific Ocean. Totally private and a very quick drive from downtown; we got to experience the best of what everyone in Cabo is looking for - high end amenities and access to everything Cabo has to offer. We even had access to a taxi driver, Raul who would show up at a moments notice and take us anywhere we needed. Our housekeeper; Erick, kept this massive villa spotless all week long, and with two toddlers running around that was no easy feat. The kitchen stayed clean and bedrooms and bathrooms always pristine. I cannot place a higher recommendation on any other place we’ve stayed at because this is truly the best of the best. After experiencing this level of beauty and luxury there will be no other way to travel to Cabo. Thank you again for providing us with the ultimate in hospitality and luxury!

Amazing property. Maria and her staff communicated with us throughout our stay. Her concierge Elia responded within minutes to any requests of ours. Anything we needed for our stay was pre stocked. We were welcomed with fresh margaritas and guacamole by a very pleasant bartender- we decided that we needed his services for another day and he was there making mixed cocktails with freshly made juices etc. Additionally, the house was staffed for maid service through most of the day. The person never intruded on privacy but kept the place immaculate. Pictures don’t do this property justice- on one side you see the Sea or Cortez and the Pacific on the other side. I’ve stayed at Airbnbs before (even in Pedregal) and have one of our own. However, the service and attention to detail here was on another level.

I can’t say enough about this house. INCREDIBLE!!!!! The views, the staff, the furniture.... EVERYTHING couldn’t of been better!! We were greeted at midnight when we arrived with a fresh bowl of guacamole and DELICIOUS margaritas!! I’ve stayed out her places in Pedregal but this was far more luxurious and accommodating!! Thank you sooo much!!!
