This place was super convenient and yet secluded that we were able to relax and still enjoy the city. It was within walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. We had a few minor issues with the toilets but it was resolved fairly quickly.

Audrey was great! I was pretty high maintenance before we got there with a lot of questions but she was super responsive and always patient and had great recommendations. The place was exactly as described and close to everything in Tamarindo and a quick walk to the beach. Clean and had everything we needed.

The place is as advertised. It is on the north edge of town and the beach where the estuary meets the ocean. You walk about 150 yards, cross the street to beach access next to a nice bar/restaurant and you’re on the beach. It is well equipped for those who cook and the pool area is great. I highly recommend the property.

The stay at this house was excellent. It was clean and the house was well organized, and laid out. The pool was great and the outdoor shower was great to clean off from the saltwater and the sand. The house itself is in close proximity to great food and great entertainment. The house itself is very close in proximity to the beach for swimming and surfing and general family fun. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Lovely place! Perfect location! I’d say my only complaint, which is very minor- is the door to the house is really finicky and it was hard to get in & out/secure. Door would automatically lock and close. A minor inconvenience, but a padlock may be a better, easier option for guests. Overall, we loved the place and the host was wonderful and responsive! Perfect for our 2 families and the kids had a blast in the heated pool! Thank you!!

Amazing

A wonderful week over the Christmas break - we would stay here again! We are a family of four (with two adult children) and had loads of room to spread out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and food basics like salt and pepper, tea, oil, and coffee. Laundry and d/w soap provided. We took advantage of the option to preorder our groceries, which was a huge timesaver. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions, and we were very happy with the Blue Zone management company, who organized taxis and activities, as well as cleaning - it can get a bit dusty by the pool. The property is at a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and another 5 or 10 minutes to all sorts of restaurants/bars. Worth noting that the Crazy Monkey bar, which is right around the corner, is open late on Friday nights and can be loud (we didn't notice on other nights). Highly recommend the estuary tour (10 min walk) and Lazy Lizard catamaran. We loved the Santa Rita cafe and Dragonfly restaurant.

Airbnb review: 5 stars The place is wonderful. Highly recommended!!!!! 🌞🎣👙 The bonus was a stocked kitchen including; olive oil, salt and pepper. This is a must when cooking. It was nice to have coffee, sugar etc… Toilet paper is nice, but maybe put signs up about not putting paper in the toilet. The pool was perfect! The amount of towels and blankets was perfect! The place is quiet, like having your own resort space. Easy access to everything you need; stores, beach, restaurants and gift shops. Highly suggest spending you vacation with Blue Zone - Jade Coast 2 villa.

Audrey is great! Always responded! Took some clients to CR stayed here, they loved it so close to everything, just rent a golf cart .

We loved Jade Coast #2! We stayed with 3 of our adult children and we all really enjoyed the house. It was beautiful, plenty of space for all 5 of us, and a great location. We will definitely stay again! The only improvements would be better wifi (although it was good to disconnect) and better water pressure.
