Couldn’t be happier with Gaby’s apartment. We were apprehensive after reading a previous review but honestly everything about it was perfect. It was clean, accommodating, everything we could have wished for for our group of 10.

Great complex, lots of security. Room is huge. Pool is fantastic. Good central location in Aldea Zama. Allowed flexible checkout time.

We had a lovely stay at Gaby's place over the holidays as a family of 5 adults, 2 kids. The home is beautiful- well decorated and in a walkable, fun but also very peaceful neighborhood. Particularly the master bedroom is so gorgeous with sliding glass doors on both sides and the outdoor shower. Was super dreamy. We did however encounter a few hiccups that I wanted to point out for future improvement: 1. We had requested a baby crib along with a reminder right before our trip but were surprised to find this not available when we arrived. We spent the first night without one which was less than ideal as our baby had to sleep on a cot that she could easily roll out of. They did provide one for us the next day. 2. Most of the soap, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent were almost empty when we arrived. Again they did quickly come and refill/provide new ones but it was strange to not have this done upon arrival . 3. Downstairs bedroom, directly off of kitchen, was a little musty

Very nice house and equipped

very beautiful place. hosts were available. we could easily communicate. as going in low season, the residence was almost empty and the public pools were almost private. very clean and a lot of space inside the house.

The place is very nice, private and quiet... It has several bathrooms on the 2 floors, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi in the Master bedroom. An infinity pool in a shared area upstairs and another pool downstairs. If you bring several suitcases or a bundle, the place has an elevator... plus a guard at the counter 24/7 and there is an Oxxo open 24 hours a day at the roundabout outside the main booth. There were 9 of us in total and everyone loved the area and facilities.

Thanks for the awesome stay, David! The surrounding property and your unit are top-notch. Everything was in working order, very clean, and made us all feel super comfortable. Highly recommend this location for a small family on vacation that wants to be away from all the party and noise, but close enough to venture out for the Tulum nightlife and come back home for a great (quiet) nights sleep. Thank you very much!

Worth the price! Host was extremely accommodating. The place was clean as shown on the photos as advertised. Plenty of extra supplies for guests! I don’t have any complaints. The amenities were clean and I certainly put this place in very good use. Felt secure and this airbnb is a wonderful spot to host friends and if you want to be close to downtown tulum and the beach clubs.

Had such a nice time staying here for a girls trip! The staff at the complex were very accommodating, there were local breakfast spots and gas stations nearby, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and felt very safe. The pool and amenities were top notch. Would deffinitely stay here again.

David’s condo was absolutely gorgeous! Very well kept and clean. Bathrooms were large and clean. The # of bathrooms in the unit was great. There were 9 of us total (6 adults, 3 kids) and we didn’t have a problem waiting around for each other to finish using the bathroom so the next person could use it. Modern amenities like the 3 large flatscreen tv’s with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube, was a big plus when having to keep young kids entertained so the adults could relax. The kitchen and living room area was spacious and perfect for preparing meals. Basic kitchen items (coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, chopping boards, utensils, dishes, glasses, salt, pepper, oil, spices) are available. Washer/dryer was essential! The community pool on the rooftop and on the ground floor were awesome and not crowded with other guests. The condo is a short drive to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place. We wanted to extend!
