Victor Hugo

This place was amazing. Hugo was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. This resort Sandos Cancun was very nice and I honestly liked it better than the bigger and more expensive areas. It had a beautiful beach and we were treated very well. We ate at each in-house restaurant each night and had a different wonderful experience every time. Thanks for everything, Hugo.

The stay was great. Staff and service were excellent, 24/7 room service, clean pools, and tasty restaurants within the resort. Victor was super helpful and made the entire process easy. Great host. 10/10 would recommend.

My stay was amazing. The royal elite service was fantastic. I will be searching all of Victor‘s properties at EBN destinations from now on.

We give Victor/Hugo 5 stars & Sandos itself maybe a 3. This the real deal — Victor/Hugo's resort access got us a great high room on the beach side & ability to separately purchase the black Royal Elite VIP wristbands with all its perks. We saved considerable cash by booking the room through Victor/Hugo & the wristband separately. Victor/Hugo did a better job telling us about the perks and checking on us than Sandos' VIP concierge did! They have ZERO control over the Sandos op itself, so I give them full credit. Just be aware that Sandos Cancun is def a budget all-inclusive even at VIP level (subpar food, cold hot tub & pools, three pools but no swim-up bar, roaming servers would disappear for hours, the only outdoor bar was usually closed, early morning towel battle even for VIP area chairs/beds, male staff in women's hydro area, "VIP concierge" declined late checkout but front desk granted it moments later), so I'd 100% book thru Victor/Hugo again but prob not this Sandos.

If you are looking for a place to rest, this hotel is the one, they have good activities without overdoing it with parties. The food is super delicious (especially the buffet and the meats), and the staff is very friendly, they don't make faces at you and they are always willing to help you. The beach in that area is very clean and the pools are nice and not so deep for my taste. The only areas of opportunity that I see are: the drinks, because they are not so tasty, and functional details such as mirrors that do not work, old mats on the sunbeds and delay in room service, but I think it does not directly affect the stay.

This was far one of the best air bnb bookings I’ve ever had! Everything was smooth & as explained. I’m already looking to rebook for next year! Definitely worth the money! 10/10

I showed up to this amazing resort being treated like royalty. It was my daughter’s first time international and it was her birthday The room was decorated with balloons and desserts and of course wine and champagne for me. I must say everything was perfect. We were checked on constantly making sure everything was perfect and planned out well. The room had the perfect view. It was amazing we watch three wedding just from our balcony. I will definitely be returning with my husband.

This was our first time in Cancun. Went for my friends birthday and it was a beautiful all inclusive stay in Mexico. Filled with so much to do in and around the resort and so many friendly staff! We felt very taken care of by victor and all of the staff on the property. Victor always checked in with us , very attentive we loved that!! The room was beautiful the pictures just don’t do it justice. Beautiful views , spacious, and the bathroom was large, included a tub and a huge shower. Not to mention there was multiple restaurants and bars. The luxury of having the premium wristband made this an unbeatable stay. Thank you victor we can’t wait to return!!!

We had an amazing time at Sandos Cancun! Everything was as described. The food was probably the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Victor was super responsive. Will definitely book again.

Wowwwww all i can say is this place was amazing and breathtaking… the pictures do this place no justice everyone was friendly the place was clean the restaurant was top tier the pool with the beach view was absolutely amazing!!! I didnt want to go home

Lovely Stay

Victor exceeded all our expectations. She was very kind and took care of all my doubts with a lot of patience and attention. In relation to the place, all the employees were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
