The location of the place is very good; there is privacy, space and the view is nice, but, in the whole area around the house there was trash, broken bottles, etc. Inside, it was generally clean but two of the bathrooms were very dirty and we had a lot of cockroaches in one of the rooms. The manager was friendly and helpful, but to a certain extent it was uncomfortable to see him walking around and taking on responsibilities without consulting. In addition, it has a cat that made it difficult for us to have our dogs off their leash and free in the area. It would have been a fact that I would have liked to know before since, although my dogs are very well-behaved, they are not friends with cats. Last but not least, we went on a tour of the area and they turned off the electricity generator without consulting us while we were away. The refrigerator is small, so a lot of things went bad. For the amount paid, we expected much more.

Beautiful place, definitely the house merits the photos, a place to disconnect from everything, rest. The house is well equipped with everything you need. I would definitely stay in this beautiful house again.

Spectacular locations in Tela Bay, the place is beautiful and with a dream level of privacy. The photos of the place are accurate, the expectation is 100% met. I recommend bringing a vehicle with Off Road capabilities especially in the rainy season.

The place is fantastic; clean spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit of a long bumpy drive off the main road and very isolated but felt very safe with a restaurant close by. We had a nice peaceful day swimming in the pool and the calm ocean! If you are an early riser, you'll have boats on the shoreline fishing and other boats that are available for charter to other tourist parts of the beach. Overall, if the price doesn't bother you I think this is a great place that can accommodate large groups comfortably. Manuel was also very responsive to all of my request during the stay, and the security guard was extremely helpful and friendly.
