This was our second stay within 5 years or so. Al's condo is super well located inside Reserva Conchal. It is one of the closer ones to the beach club and being at 1st floor is super helpful when travelling with kids and elders, just have a handful of steps and that is it. The house was clean, all appliances and amenities worked as expected, beds and towels were super clean and felt fresh. Nothing to complain, looking forward to come back in the future.

Super nice and well equipped condo in Reserva Conchal where you can enjoy beach and swimming pool service a short drive away. Would definitely come back.

Loved this condo! While we originally thought it was right on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed how peaceful it ended up being a little bit away. We enjoyed the beach club right next to the property (small community pool, corn hole boards, ping pong, and sun loungers) and had it all to ourselves for the whole afternoon - which made it feel like our own personal oasis. We used the shuttle service a few times to go down to the beach and it worked seamlessly - it would have been ~15 minute walk. My son loved using the gym and said it was a great one! The condo had a washer and actual dryer which made it so nice to get our clothes washed before our 2nd half of trip! The back patio was amazing with comfortable furniture, we enjoyed coffee each morning and even BBQ’d one night on the grill. Host was very responsive! Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic condo with a great view. Perfect for our family of six. Although it is a first floor condo, you are actually a good ways above the golf course so it is very private. Great covered porch for drinking coffee in the morning with views of the ocean. Beach club was great as well.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It’s very large with plenty of space for families. There’s some games for kids too. You definitely need a car for the resort, it’s about 7mins to the front gate then there’s lots of restaurants off the resort and some small local shops you can go to. We went to Brasilito ~3-5mins away and to Playa Grande ~30 mins. On the resort the gym, pool, golf club, beach, restaurants are all in the same area, like a minute away by car.

Beautiful place, with full amenities of restaurants, pools, close to the ocean and beach.

Definitely a luxurious place to stay! 😎 Amazing how well equipped it is, with an accessible and beautiful location! 🤩 The place is totally according to the description and images! The host is super responsive and responds very quickly to messages! We would definitely go again, the stay was very short, but we enjoyed the place and the surroundings too! 🤭 We loved everything about the place! Highly recommended this condominium! If I recommend them to be equipped for any type of weather, both rainy and full sun! Other than that, everything is very good! ☺️ We love to be able to make use of the beach club facilities, we take advantage of even kayaking 😜

Beautiful home. It’s a very peaceful place, loved waking up to the chirping birds in the morning. The location is perfect, we were able to get to Playa Conchal from the unit. It was just a short drive to the Reserva Conchal Golf Club where we parked. Walked in and you see 2 beautiful pools and an outdoor restaurant/ bar on the right hand side. We were able to utilize the wonderful amenities. Staying here was the best way to end our girls trip. We all had our own rooms and our own bathrooms! Being able to wash clothes was the cherry on top! Will stay here again!

We love the place, it was clean, spacious, private and close to the beach club. Our host was awesome!
