3BR Villa in Playa Santa Teresa

Ursula

Excellent, 5 months ago

Everything was great—good food, a spectacular view, close to the village but private at the same time. Everything was very nice

We enjoyed our stay at this location. This is a gated community so ensure that the names and dates of stay are communicated with the various gate keepers. Location was a bit farther out of town than I anticipated and a walk into town is not currently possible. You can get a decent gravel run back and forth to the dead end and the main road(although hilly). The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, plates and a water filtration system. However, it did not have essentials such as salt/pepper, cooking oil or a microwave as most airbnb’s in our experience typically have(may be due to being a newer rental/power consumption/heat). Beautiful pool and deck areas-bird watching was great in the mornings and the pool was terrific in the afternoons. The yoga deck is nice, but bring your mat. The showers/bathrooms/bedrooms are lovely, but the water pressure/temp were an issue all stay. Raquel was very responsive to questions but this needs addressing. She also had someone come to do laundry-win.

This place will impress as soon as you open the front door! Unreal view and maybe the best morning coffee and evening happy hour perch that I’ve ever experienced. Many thoughtful details here. Comfy beds, quality linens, thoughtful design, local bath products, and beautifully landscaped to ensure privacy. For added security assurance the property is located behind a gate with a someone there to monitor exit and entry. It was tough to leave the house at times. Enjoyed it all.

A dream home. Also for a family. We sometimes hardly got out of the house, it was so nice. Fantastic views from the pool and terrace with dining table to the sea, depth. Beautiful garden with yoga/meditation place. Lots of light. Birds, the sounds, magic. Spaces are correct and bedroom/bathroom distribution is preferable. Open kitchen overlooking pool and view. Good blinds, fresh air through the house. Smart layout, beautiful design especially the hallway that makes you feel outside. Mix of styles Japanese, Ibiza, Scandinavian. Left with sadness after 4 nights. Santa Teresa is enchanting. In addition to communication with Raquel, we also had a lovely enthusiastic host Nina, she took us to the cottage, explained everything, we were welcomed with treats and she gave us tips. Oh yes and we saw dozens of baby turtles going into the sea, at Rocamar (nice place by the sea, sunset, food), enchanting….
