The house was in a great location. We walked everywhere. The views were incredible. It was very clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay. The house was wonderful and was cleaned daily. Everything was pristine. We would highly recommend staying at Anissa's home.

Anissa’s villa was absolutely amazing. Juan and Irania were spectacular — friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We stayed here for my Bachelorette with a total of 10 girls and we never wanted to leave! The property was perfect for us and had all we could have wanted for a special weekend. The pool and patio area were great. We were very close to downtown and the marina, and had no issues getting Ubers for transportation. We cannot wait to visit Cabo and this property again! Already planning a trip back!!

We booked this villa for my bachelorette and it was absolutely amazing!! The rooms were spacious and clean with closet space, the bathrooms were stocked and very clean. The daily maid service was phenomenal, along with pool cleaning! We ordered groceries prior to arriving and met with the house managers who helped us with all our bookings and transfers !! Ubers are cheaper than their drivers however for a larger group it was convenient to have everyone in the same van for longer rides for a slightly higher price. Would recommend booking airport transfer through them but it’s easy enough to order Ubers- only caveat you have to let the house managers know to let the gatekeepers know you have Ubers arriving ! We booked massages at the house and the yacht through the host and it was ideal and very convenient! All in all would definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough!!

If I could rate this place over 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! This Airbnb is absolutely amazing and succeeded all my expectations. The home was so clean when we arrived and having a maid service that came and cleaned and tidy up every morning was awesome! The outdoor area was so relaxing and peaceful, especially since it is in a gated community. Safety was a big priority for my group and I, and this Airbnb felt so safe the entire time, like we never worried about our safety while in the home. The concierge, Juan, was so proactive and so helpful throughout our stay, whether that was getting us discounts on excursions or by getting us a taxi for our group every time we left the home. Juan made the trip so seamless and stress-free! My group and I would come back and stay in this Airbnb, without a doubt!

This home is amazing! It checks every box on the list and more. The booking process all the way to the day we waved goodbye to this lovely home was so smooth. The host and her team were the best I have encountered in all of my airbnb experiences. They were extremely communicative and always gave helpful solutions to questions we had before and during our stay. The amenities were perfect and met all of our needs. Transportation was arranged for us as we needed it and we had no issues. The personal chef they arranged for me and my friends was the absolute best. We had no complaints at all. If you're considering accommodations with beautiful views, amenities, service and is overall quiet and relaxing, this is it!

We had a great experience staying at Anissa’s home for my 30th birthday celebration! Juan & Irania went above and beyond to make sure our stay went perfect. They were very attentive and were always available when we needed them. The prestock services, transportation and private chef were excellent! Highly recommend doing the private yacht! It was also great having a housekeeper to change linens and tidy up the house everyday. 10/10 experience and would love to book again in the future!

This home and the services are just fantastic. We had the chef a couple of nights, grocery delivery and went down to the marina a couple of times. Irena was super helpful and took amazing care of us. The views are just spectacular and the home is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The only thing I think people should be aware of is that the terrain is very steep so definitely need to be agile. Also, this is in a gated community so it is really secure. I’d advise renting a car as taxi trips for the 10 minute drive to the marina are pretty expensive

We had a great time at Casa Rosa. Juan and Irania were incredibly helpful when it came to groceries, activities, recommendations, and provided our group with exceptional service. The house is beautiful and I recommend having the private chef for a meal or two. Views are 10 out of 10 and the pool is a great size. Close to the marina and easy to get everywhere. Will definitely stay again in the future!

It is a superb place and a superb experience!

I had a wonderful stay with 8 of my girlfriends here for my Bachelorette party! The home was stunning and we didn’t want to leave. The AC worked really well! Despite being a big group the house was so spacious and it was quiet for sleeping and relaxing all day. I loved the design and the heated pool was really nice in the afternoon when it became chilly! Juan and Irania were very kind & helpful organizing! Private Boat: AMAZING! Must do! Pre-stock groceries: Irania did an amazing job ordering/stocking groceries (even returning some when we ordered too much) Rides: Juan and Carlos were very nice & good drivers. Rides were convenient but not sure they were worth the money. Uber=cheaper! Be aware that they prefer cash for everything & it did make it difficult. They let me know that the groceries and boat rental deposit would need to be cash, but for most of the rides they arranged they did not accept card, ended up being nearly $800 in USD cash for multiple rides which was not ideal.

We stayed at Anissa’s Villa for my 40th birthday! It was an amazing experience! The home itself is gorgeous and the views are unbeatable! The pool area has been updated with additional lounge chairs and cabanas which made it the perfect spot to hang during the day and at night. Irania, the house manager, was so hopeful in helping me book transportation, a private chef for two meals, a yacht day, and ordering groceries! Juan, the house manager, made sure we were taken care of during our trip! Anissa was super communicative and helped ensure we had an amazing stay! Pedregal is extremely safe and perfectly located. 10/10 recommend this villa!

We truly enjoyed Anissa's house. This is our tradition for over 10 years now spending New Years Eve with our four kids and their significant others. This was the perfect house to spend it in!! Oscar and his two chefs came in and both our dinners were outstanding. The host, Juan, was very responsive! We always had a refrigerator stocked with everything we asked for. I highly recommend staying at this house!!

We had an AMAZING stay. The place was even nicer than the pictures and was very clean. It is walkable distance to downtown and the marina. Anissa and her husband setup everything for us (transportation, recommendations, chef, masseuse, groceries etc). Anything you need, they will provide. They were responsive whether we called day or night and provided anything we needed. We felt right at home. The place has amazing views and is very private. They made our stay incredible. 5 stars all around. I would highly recommend and plan on coming back. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Anissa and Juan!! We will be back!
