Brenda's home is beautiful with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Thank you for opening your home to us and letting us create great family memories. Everything you need is in walking distance. Raquel was very eager to help in anyway she could but gave us the space we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend Brenda's place.

It's a beautiful house. We will definitely rent the house again for our next trip. We only rented it for one night, but everything was fine! Raquel is very friendly and Brenda is always attentive to your questions! 100% Recommended

This lovely home is as described. Very beautiful with an amazing view of the beach. The property manager Racquel was very polite, attentive and went above and beyond for us. Each room had A/C except for the living room. 10/10 recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you Brenda for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Amazing place, close to everything, surf city 10 min walking, but the house it self has everything you need, modern finish, clean bathrooms, huge kitchen, its own parking garage, window doors, ac, etc. The backyard wow impressive, clean pool, having a convenient bathroom outside with its own shower and sink we loved that, and also has a private access to a natural pool filled with salt water, overall the place is beautiful. Brenda and Raquel very attentive, we definitely had a good time with fam and friends, 100% I recommend this beach house.

Gorgeous home with incredible views. The groundskeeper and owner are equally friendly and responsive. The general area/neighborhood is okay, still in development, so lots of holes and dusty roads, but that all is forgotten once you step inside the pristine house with an insane backyard/pool area. The hammock, pool, beach view are surreal and plain perfection. No complaints at all! The home was super clean, so many beds and bathrooms. We really truly enjoyed our stay at Brenda’s place!!!

Rocalinda is a gorgeous property! From the entryway, through the house and all the way down to the beach, you’re in awe. It’s equipped with all your basic necessities. It’s walking distance to sunset park and plenty of options for food. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are under construction, but still very walkable. If you’re driving, it’s a bit slow due to traffic congestion in the construction zones, leave with plenty of time and you’ll be fine. Process for checking in and out was easy. Staff is responsive and groundskeeper went above and beyond. Great find!
