We had a great week. Loved the proximity to the quiet beach and the house was so spacious!

The house has a good location in a premium residential area, ocean view and has a well-equipped kitchen and barbecue. We had a very nice time with the family. Perhaps the only recommendation would be to have a set schedule for the arrival time of the cleaning.

Great place, very secure, host was very attentive and helpful. Short walk to the beach and three larger pools/hot tubs in the complex to use.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in ever. Everything was super clean, host was great in terms of setting everything up (private chef was one of the best meals we’ve had, groceries set up in the house before we got there, quick responses), and little touches made it really feel like a luxury experience (bathrobes in every bathroom, speakers everywhere)

Great place to rest

We had an amazing time at Villa Paloma. Isabella and the staff were very responsive, helpful and polite. They went above and beyond for us and the home was spotless. The home was beautifully designed and furnished and it was the perfect set up for our group. Comfy beds, home was just as advertised. Nice pool area and safe secure community. Would definitely come back. Thank you guys!!

Such a stunning place, the kind you can’t believe is real! Tricky to find but the property security is helpful. I would definitely come back - or live here if I could. Momentum also connected us to a really awesome boat charter company and found excellent restaurants for us. Check-in was confusing but everything else was perfect.

We had a lovely time in our villa. We had a lot of questions and everything was answered swiftly. The pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Lots of living spaces to chill. Nice kitchen. Pool area is huge and water is nice and warm. We would definitely come back here on our next trip to Cabo!

I would definitely come back to this property, it was absolutely gorgeous! I think the property is actually much more beautiful than pictured which was so nice! Dania who was our host was incredible. So responsive and helpful in helping us plan our trip, excursions, transportation and private chef. Dania made the trip so enjoyable and stress free. The property is very safe, private and peaceful. It was the perfect destination to enjoy my 40th birthday with friends. I would definitely visit other Momentum properties in the future. You will not regret staying in this beautiful home!

The home was more than expected. Very peaceful, private and safe community. The host was amazing helped coordinate activities and very helpful. The cleaning lady was amazing and also staff available in the property. If you are able to booked the chef is worth it.
