The ranch is super clean, private and very nice. Dr. Doris was always in touch, responding as quickly as possible. All the rooms have air conditioning and are very spacious. Highly recommended.

The house is nice, has several separate areas in case not everyone wants to be together, and is within walking distance of the beach (although the beach has a lot of rocks). You feel very comfortable in the house.

Nestled in serene and picturesque surroundings, this charming home offers guests a tranquil retreat. The host is attentive and eager to help, with staff readily available to assist throughout your stay. Although there is no hot water, the invigorating showers provide a refreshing experience that adds to the unique character of the property. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy peaceful comfort.

Beautiful! The photos definitely don't do it justice. We loved that it has several places to be with your family. Everything was very clean. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view, several bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, nice garden, and it's pet friendly. It has everything. Also the host is very friendly.

Great place, second time staying here. Since our visit last winter, they added a beautiful terrace with lots of room for hanging out and enjoying the ocean view. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the privacy and location of the place. It has a spectacular view of the sea that allowed us to relax from the start. The house is spacious, well maintained, and extremely clean. Care is noticeable in the details to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Doris was very kind and was always available for any questions. Definitely a perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the sea. I recommend 100%! 🤩

Excellent family vacations, we felt right at home, the house is quite large and with open spaces, the photos stay short for what the house actually offers, the area is perfect, quiet, safe, private. We would definitely come back again!

Spacious place... it's much nicer than the photos! The 5 rooms available , the bathrooms impeccable ... it is a 5 level house... with access with ramp for older adults... all spaces have beautiful views of the beach ! The pool is ideal for children and adults, facing the pool there is a lobby to eat, they also have a bathroom and shower. It has charcoal bbq, there are hammocks available, 2 TVs and wifi… the kitchen has everything you need. It is a very well-kept house ideal for spending time as a family mainly if the family is large. We will definitely be back !

It was our second time at Doris' house, and again we had a great weekend with my family. There's no doubt that Doris puts an effort into maintaining the house. He has everything that could be needed both in the kitchen, very well stocked, as well as in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back with my family again.

Phenomenal place to spend with family, the privacy, cleanliness of the place and its location were excellent.

Good place for families or large groups. Pet Friendly. The property is in a safe place, it was very clean and with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Super comfortable rooms, clean linens and linens available. Doris was attentive to our needs and Lucio on-site, extremely friendly. If the expectation is to enjoy yourself on the beach, it is not the place, but it is not something that depends on the hosts, it is the type of beach that exists. But it is a great option to disconnect and enjoy a different environment. Highly recommended. We hope to return.

Great place to stay and relax away of any noise!!!

Excellent place, it's the second time I've stayed, super close to the Atami club so convenient to go to the beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious, well arranged. For a trip with friends. Good communication with Doris the host, and with Lucio the man in charge of check-in

The place is just like the ad, there are important details that make children feel happy in the place. Excellent for large families in an environment of peace and tranquility. Doris is very communicative. We had a problem with the AC upon arrival and it was fixed the next day effectively and diligently. I only suggest stickers on a glass door to avoid accidents like bump into this door that are easy to do. On the ranch you will find everything you need, including supplies with a lot of family detail that I am very impressed by the affection they have put in to serve their guests. The gardens are in perfect condition and the lighting is excellent on site, very good use of the ranch space and very clean. We loved that it was Pet Friendly because our pet is part of our family and we were responsible for collecting their "needs" Highly recommended !!! and I hope to be back with the family very soon !!! I felt right at home.

Doris’ place was great! It looks better than the pictures. The place was very clean and spacious. The view is amazing, the pool was really refreshing and great to have. Doris was great communicating, answers fast and clear. Unfortunately the beach was not great but that’s just not on Doris control. I would 100% recommend!!

The Place was GREAT! it had everything we needed for a quite family time with a short walk to the beach with a private walkway next to Club Atami. Great family place and a total awesome environment. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent place

Great place and host. It is worth investing in this place for a vacation and the Host is very attentive and in communication all the time. The beach is a little far away but accessible

The house is very nice, spacious and clean. Doris is very attentive to answer all my questions and the caretaker is super friendly and attentive to help us with whatever we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are also and the pool is excellent. My family was delighted and we would not hesitate to return.

The place is described very clean and tidy, spacious the beach is a little tricky to get there you have to go down several steps but in general the ranch complies with what I recommend
