Great place walking distance to 5th avenue all all restaurants and beach

Amazing location just steps from 5ta Avenida. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beachfront views were beautiful, and my kids loved spending time in the pool. Due to the sargassum, we couldn’t enjoy the beach during our stay, but we booked a snorkeling tour to Isla Mujeres where the water was crystal clear and the beaches were spotless. Overall, a great stay with plenty of nearby activities.

We had an amazing stay! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the place itself was spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great spot for a vacation to Playa del Carmen. The location is perfect, great pool, comfortable apartment. It felt safe, with employees of the complex visible most of the time. I highly recommend a stay here!

I cannot hype the location too much. It's fantastic. Right on the beach on Calle 10, across the street from Zenzi, which is the go-to beach restaurant in Playa. Two blocks from Quinta Avenida in the heart of Playa. And shockingly, because the space faces the ocean and not the street, it wasn't even noisy. The apartment is as it appears in pictures, albeit better in real life. Check-in is easy (you check in at the reception desk).

We had a great time staying at Silvia’s place. Silvia was very easy to communicate with, and she was flexible in allowing our group to check in early to accommodate our early flight into Mexico and late checkout to accommodate our departure. The amenities were fantastic and as stated. Very clean, accessible to many restaurants and other facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We have previously stayed in this El Faro building, but not in this unit. This is one of the few units with a 2-story layout. Allows for privacy with 2 large ensuite bedrooms upstairs and 1 down, a large balcony, and great views of the Gulf toward Cozumel. The pool attendants are very friendly - especially when you are trying to find lounges alongside the pool (too many other guests place towels on chairs at 8 AM and walk away for hours). The building team in the lobby is very warm and welcoming. We had just one issue during our stay, and Silvia was very responsive. The location is fantastic for walking - with wonderful restaurants around the corner (Tony at Les Amis is the friendliest restauranteur anywhere, The Lido on the beach has great drinks, Carlota for morning pastries, and Dirty Martini for cocktails). We walked to the ferry for a day trip to Cozumel. We look forward to returning to Playa del Carmen.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, which made it feel so inviting and comfortable for us. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still being peaceful. Overall, it was clean, cozy, and such a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were with family. The place is very nice, well cared for, modern and very spacious. With all you need to have an amazing vacation. The location is unbeatable if you want to be in the middle of restaurants and bars. Although the music was heard, personally, it was not so strong as not to be able to sleep. We traveled with children and we had no problems so they could sleep. Silvia excellent host, she was attentive throughout our stay. We had a setback and immediately moved to help us resolve it. The only thing I would suggest is that in the room below you let it be ventilated or aromatized because it smells a lot of moisture. The first two days I noticed quite a lot, then not so much. But in general, everything is excellent. We hope to return soon!

Great place to stay and relax. Yet a block away is all kinds of activity. Pools has to be one of the best around. Great places to eat just a couple doors away at Lido. Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Del Carmen. The condo was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool area is great and steps away from the beach. It’s walking distance to 5th Ave which is full of restaurants and shopping.

We had a great time at Silvia’s place. The view of the ocean from the unit was incredible. The unit and location was perfect to enjoy the pool, ocean, and right in town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Silvia was a great host and was prompt in her response time. Will be back for sure! :)
