Everything was excellent; I have no complaints at all. It was a very pleasant stay.

We arrived early and got in to the condo with ease from the helpful video they sent. We were able to store our luggage while it was being cleaned and Laura gave us a wonderful suggestion for a place to eat that was very close while we waited for the cleaning crew to finish up. We only stayed one night but it looked like a nice place to stay if you wanted to stay longer- a nice kitchen to cook in, boogie board, snorkle gear and beach towels to enjoy the ocean. The restaurants on the premise are more like a snack bar and buffet so I definitely dined off premise. It is nice to find an AirBNB in the zone of all inclusive hotels for people who like to explore the area on their own.

An excellent place overlooking the ocean. My family was satisfied with the place and would definitely return. Beautiful penthouse!

Excellent place, super equipped, especially if traveling with children, they have beach toys, coolers, everything you need. Super recommended

As pictured, it's super clean, the kitchen comes with everything you need, the refrigerator cools very well, in general everything is very good!

Luis' place was right on the beach and had a pool. The setting was lovely. It was towards the end of the hotel zone, which made the beach not too crowded even though we were there during high season. Luis was very responsive to our questions and usually answered within 10 minutes. There was plenty of space in the condos. NOTE: There are actually two condos with half a flight of stairs between - one had the kitchen and the other had a refrigerator and a few supplies. Each had a bathroom. It was nice having 2 bathrooms.
