We had an incredible stay and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Andres was amazing from the start, very communicative before and throughout our stay, and gave us so much helpful information that made our time in Tulum even better. He and his team truly went above and beyond. The house was even more beautiful than we expected and exactly as pictured. It was unique, stunning, spotless, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the daily housekeeping and on-site security, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. We also loved all of the optional services, especially the private chef, which was such a highlight and made the trip even more special. A special shoutout to Eli, our concierge, who was so lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The entire staff was wonderful and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Our trip was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my friends bachelorette. The team of concierge and chefs made us feel so special and the property itself is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, highly recommend! I've stayed at a few places in Tulum by now, but this was my favorite.

Had a wonderful bachelorette party here. My dream weekend with my closest friends. Loved every minute of it. The spa day with yoga, sound bath and massages were brought right to us and so nice. The chefs were polite and attentive. Rooms were clean and communication all worked out. Couldn’t have had a better weekend!

Great communication and preparation - highly recommend!

The house looks exactly like the pictures. The 24/7 guard makes you feel safe and the daily cleaning woman not only does a great job but makes sure you have fresh towels/bedding throughout your stay. The option to add on a personal chef is a great touch for nights you don’t want to leave or be bothered picking a restaurant. The concierge’s always responsive and helpful and the owner even called to check in us during the few hours of shelter in place (which really didn’t affect our stay at all) everything was back to normal the next day. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was amazing. Looks even better than the photos. Location was 15 min away from the hotel zone/beach area so it was very accessible to the beach clubs and restaurants. The concierge was incredibly helpful and responsive. The chef cooked us amazing meals. No complaints! Would stay here again next time I’m in Tulum

Highly recommend this house! The house is gorgeous and the amenities (pool, hot tub, gym outdoor seating, location, aesthetic design, security, full kitchen, etc.) were 10/10. Andres, Eli and the entire crew of staff was what made our stay. Every request was handled immediately, our itinerary was booked start to finish by Eli, the grocery shopping was onsite when we arrived and the catered meals were 10/10. SO MUCH FOOD and it was all delicious + the presentation was stunning. Eli and Andres were in constant communication with me weeks before we arrived to make sure our stay and itinerary was perfect. Every last detail from a van (we had 9 guests in our party) to dinners each night was prearranged so we didn't have to lift a finger when we arrived in Tulum. The flexibility to check in early & check out late was a God send and it was approved within minutes of the request. Truly the best customer service I've had in years. Can't wait to come back!

Very cool house. Great host

Our group had the absolute best stay at Villa Onyx! Even the pictures don’t do the house justice. Having the private chef Diego make us multiple meals was such a treat and all the meals were grade A+. Our entire group agreed that the house was the highlight of our Tulum trip. Would highly recommend!

Responsive host who makes sure that any issue you may have is attended to. We visit Tulum several times a year as we love it and always stay at a different property. With this said, here are pros & cons. Cons: Home has some normal wear & tear. Low water pressure but doable. Mosquito repellent needed! We booked this home the day prior to arriving & were not aware that having our own private chef was prohibited. We were charged a fee for this & told the chef may not clean up after themself appropriately so this fee will cover this. Makes no sense as if we had decided to cook ourselves then the kitchen would require cleaning regardless. Btw we left the kitchen cleaner than it was received. Pros: Home has tons of beautiful photo spots. Pool is wonderful! The home provides 24/7 security which we love. They even helped us with a low pressure tire. Andres offered a last minute booking deal & early check in, which we truly appreciated. Overall: Beautiful home, too pricey but photo ready.

Villa Onyx was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Eliana (our concierge) was quick to respond and helped organize transportation to wherever we needed to be. The privacy at the house was great, and having 24 hour security really made us feel safe since there were no neighbors around us. M y only complaint was that we needed to take a taxi to really get anywhere, and they're pretty pricey in Tulum., so we had to plan out when we left the house to make the best use of our rides. Overall, I loved our stay and would be happy to stay here again, maybe with just a rental car to ease getting around.
