This place is gorgeous, the pictures do no justice. Our stay was amazing, extremely clean and very spacious penthouse on the very top floor. It had more than everything we needed plus extras. The decor and furniture were beautiful and oversized giving the spaces much comfort. The beds were tidy and solace that gave this certain peacefulness we really appreciated. Excellent views of the sunrise and sunset, the ocean waves right in front of you. We will definitely consider this same place in the future whenever we return to San Jose del Cabo. It is gated and no public access which gave us piece of mind when it came to security and certainty.

Excellent location, just a short walk to beaches, restaurants, groceries, STARBUCKS!!! The boys had a blast, all rooms have AC and very comfortable beds. We felt safe and secure at all times. The pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing and had the grounds to ourselves during our trip. We highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the spacious balcony with great views and the sea breeze. Robert was flexible with the check-in and check-out. I highly recommend Robert's penthouse.

This condo is absolutely stunning. The view is spectacular. It has all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs and the great beach access and ocean views. It was peaceful and quiet! We even enjoyed meeting a few other owners in the hot tubs! We spent a lot of time on the patio. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, although you will want to rent a car or grab an Uber to go in town. Robert was quick to reply to any questions that we had, and resolve them all quickly. He also gave us a great list of restaurants. We have been coming to the Los Cabos area for the past 35 years, and have stayed in many places. We especially enjoyed this one!

Beautiful penthouse suite - very quiet property with a great view of sunrises over the ocean. We really enjoyed the pools on the property and the beach directly in front of the property - even over the holidays it was serene and not overcrowded. Very close to downtown San Jose, great restaurants and grocery store.

Wow! If you want a luxurious stay in a resort right on the beach, this is the place for you. This 5th floor condominium is part of the Mananitas resort. The three spacious bedrooms sleeps 6 easily, and each have their own bathroom. Pool and hot tub are right downstairs and the beach only a few steps further. The huge balcony has a great view of the ocean and pool. There was also a huge common room with large TV and stereo, but we spent most of our time out on the balcony. Getting to Todos Santos does require a 10 minute drive, and is worth heading to for meals and shopping. So having a car is nice, and parking is provided and convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer in this wonderful place.

Great location close to restaurants and shops in San Jose del Cabo. Unit is fantastic with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back again!

Robert's place was the perfect place for our 4-day family getaway to Cabo. The place itself is beautiful, well furnished, great ocean views and filled with everything you need. We are out a few times, but also enjoy many home cooked meals at the place too. It is walking to anything you need - groceries, coffee, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The pools are huge and the beach is beautiful (great for walking). And Robert was great to deal with. We hope we can come back again very soon. Highly recommended.
