Lina

Lina's place is really spectacular. It is her family's home for many years, so she obviously treats it like she truly owns it, not just an owner/investor. The place is pristine, inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped with proper cookware. Most airbnbs have junked out pots and pans. The place is extremely peaceful, and the location it truly a prime spot for a vacationer looking for beachfront property, calm environment, beautiful beach. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We spent a week at Lina’s and had an amazing time. There were 4 adults and 2 small kids - and the place was perfect. You are steps from the beach and can walk to every restaurant. The house is perfect for those who want to really be at the beach - It’s an open air concept so no matter where you look you have beautiful views of the ocean. There are also two outdoor showers which are great for rinsing off kids after a day at the beach. Lina was an amazing host and helped us with so many things including baby rentals, transport to and from the airport, a private chef, and more. She was always available and responsive. The housekeeper Karol, is also wonderful and was so helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The best parts of the Airbnb are Lina's responsiveness and the location. It is directly on a gorgeous beach with gentle waves and soft sand. The kids loved it. Lina was very helpful, getting the air conditioning fixed immediately and arranging an afternoon boat trip for us. She is an excellent host.

We spotted this place few years ago when we stayed in the nearby hotel. And we kind of made a note for ourselves - Next time we have to check it out. And finally we had an opportunity to enjoy this place and spent amazing and relaxing week with our extended family. Everything was great and amazing - The morning views straight from the Kitchen were priceless. The nightly walks on the beach - refreshing and peacefully. Everything in a vlilla is setting your mood to vacation and relaxing. Rooms are well separated for multiple families. Really nice beach. The daily cleaning services and night security are truly amazing touch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lina’s beach house. The house was clean, comfortable, and the additional services she arranged were very much appreciated. We had a couple of delicious meals catered at the house for our family, which after a long day of travel with young kids was particularly enjoyable! The option to use the pool at the hotel next door was fantastic- we felt like we had the best of both worlds! The family of howler monkeys living above the pool were an added bonus. In Lina’s garden we saw numerous iguanas and a variety of birds, including a pair of green parrots! All of this on top of being located directly on the beach… couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks again Lina for an excellent stay!!

Beautiful oceanfront house with everything you need; Lina was very communicative and provided amazing concierge services

Beautiful location directly on the beach with a view of the waves and palm trees. Bedrooms have good air conditioning. The central house has no AC but large doors open to the outside breeze. It got a little warm but was acceptable. House is not luxurious but very practical and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Casa de Lina and Lina were wonderful. The photos do not justify how beautiful this home and surrondings are. Lina was very friendly, immediate communications. Anything we wanted she provided. I asked a cook than she suggested catering because we did not want to eat everyday at home. Our lunch was ready when we entered home. Ceviche, red snapper, steak!!! All super delicious! Our pick up from airport was easy with driver’s card on hand with my name on it. This was a girls trip and my friends -5 of us- found peace in our 4 nights stay. Miguel our night guard made us feel at ease. Karol, Alina’s Adistan was home 8 outs a day, making our beds, cleaning up tidying. The house is right on the beach. Get up up and walk into the ocean to take shower. We had massages on the beach. Lina arranged coconut deliveries every morning! Arranged private yoga instructor. She is ULTRA SUOER HOST!! She arranged drivers for everywhere we wanted to go. I am definetly returning to this house.

The location, house, views, proximity and even nearby services is perfect. And if it is not, Lina would definitely make it perfect. Spot on, especially with 3 small kids.

Truly unique AirBnB. Apart from the private bedrooms (with A/C) it really feels like outdoor living, with an open air courtyard, wall of doors opening onto the beach, and breeze blowing through the whole house. Can sit on the couch or at the table and hear the wildlife in the morning or the waves crashing at night. With this comes sharing your home with some ceiling geckos, occasional bird wandering through the kitchen, and iguanas checking out the patio - but that’s part of the charm. The beach is public and people will set up for the day in line with the backyard but the house is set far enough back that it never felt intrusive and there are some trees and landscaping to provide privacy. If you leave the house empty then shutting up all the doors/shutters can be a bit of a chore - if the housekeeper is still there they will do it for you. (The housekeeper is there quite a bit, but not intrusive). We also had a security guard on the premises at night making rounds which was nice.

Location is great for families with younger children. Water isn’t as celestial blue as other beaches. Karol came in and made beds and swept daily. Beautiful home layout. Loved the views.

This place was absolutely amazing. Kid friendly. Great chefs and Carol was great for the made service. She was very helpful. Our 6 adult/ 3 kids under age 4 holiday vacation was wonderful. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Lina! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to spare. The space was clean and matched the pictures really well. Lina was wonderful to communicate with and helped us arrange a fishing excursion and an at-home massage. The hammocks and ocean views were the highlight for us all. Cold A/C in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of beach towels. We have no complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! 10/10 would recommend. Hammocks Ocean views Clean

The house is Hermosa. Front of the beach. The sea is like a pool!! A quiet place. Super relaxing!!! Privado!!!
