My five girlfriends and I had the absolute best time on this trip to Tulum. Our chef Jorge was absolutely amazing. He prepared the most fresh delicious food. Dianne the housekeeper kept everything perfectly cleaned and straightened. Jesus was helpful with our bags . The spa services that Hollie lined up for us were probably the best massages and facials we’ve ever had. The photos on the website do not do the house justice. It is breathtaking in person. We all had an amazing wonderful time. We actually were thinking about bringing our husbands and boyfriends back. By far one of the best Airbnb‘s we’ve all ever stayed in. It was worth every penny and very good value for everything we got. I highly recommend !!

The house was so beautiful! Hollie did an excellent job on the decorations and make sure the house was fully furnished. Upon arrival, Hollie was personable, engaging, and accommodating. One guests bed wasn’t as uncomfortable, and Hollie stopped what was she was and immediately ordered a mattress topper to be delivered to the home which made the rest of stay much more enjoyable. Chiefs kiss to the personal chief add-on option with the house. Having Chef Jorge prepare 3 meals a day for our entire stay allowed us to just come in and enjoy a stress free getaway! 10 out of 10, would recommend this host!

We were a group of 6 adults (single family) for 10 days. The home is very well maintained and the staff was exceptional all the way around. We felt cared for and yet in total privacy. Jorge curated beautiful delicious meals. The home was cleaned daily and plenty of lounge areas, clean pool and comfortable amenities throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. This was a comfortably luxurious experience.

We love this place for Many reasons. The house is just fantastic, beautiful and very high quality. But the best is the service. Jorge is a wonderful chef, very kind and we really love him. Also Diana and Jesus are great people always very friendly . Hollie is a wonderful host.

Hollie's place is wonderful, the photos are true to the stay, the house is very clean, the place is beautiful and the chef is delicious cuisine, the very friendly and helpful caretakers. Communication with Hollie was quick and very friendly. We will surely return to that beautiful place

I can't say enough about our week here. Hollie-Anne was a great host who went out of her way to accommodate our group (two families of 4). The staff were incredible, taking care of everything so we could just enjoy time with our kids. The house itself is beautiful and relaxing. Location was great so we could go into Tulum easily but stayed at the house most days. Chef Jorge went above and beyond for every meal. Cooking for picky kids is no joke and he nailed it. Our week here was the vacation of a lifetime and a great value for everything provided. We hope to come back soon!

The villa is spectacular, better than the photos! Hollie is so communicative and accommodating, and the chef experience is just phenomenal. For our family ranging from 6 years old to 77 years old—all were satisfied, relaxed, and comfortable. It was a perfect stay. Beautiful pool area, good WiFi, all en-suite bathrooms, and safe.

Amazing place, amazing staff and amazing host! Holly was very responsive as was her staff. This is was the perfect place for a nice family vacation and we hope to visit the property again soon.

Hollie and her team were wonderful and very accommodating. Chefs food was off the charts in taste and presentation. Right from booking all the way to checkout, Hollie was in constant communication to ensure our needs were met and our vacation was memorable. Everyone went over and above our expectations. I highly recommend. One piece of advice is the road leading to the property is dirt road with 100s of potholes so I don’t recommend renting a small car as it will bottom out. We rented one small car and had problems and also rented a jeep which was perfect. Overall amazing property. If you scuba dive, there is a cenote just minutes from the house.

Fantastic 5 days at Villa Coccoloba. Hollie is the absolute best host. Communicative and friendly. Lots of great information shared prior to the trip and while we were here. Trip of college friends (5 adults). Plenty of space to spread out or congregate when we wanted to. Chef Jorge is the master! Such good meals. Diana and Jesus took care of housekeeping and grounds. Place is immaculate and comfortable. No complaints at all. Recommending to all my friends!
