Mariana

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. We spent a lot of time in the pool, relaxing on the back deck, and enjoying the nature all around us. It was peaceful and serene.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mariana's place from start to finish. Mariana was so kind, helpful and responsive. She helped arrange a shuttle for us to and from the airport and to our other destination. She had excellent recommendations and helped book tours for us. The house was amazing! We saw so much wildlife just sitting on the back patio - sloths, monkeys and macaws! It was awesome! The location was right off the main road but it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood in the morning. I am so glad we stayed here and would absolutely come back!

Mariana, Thank you again for our lovely stay! Wildlife is plentiful, enjoy an afternoon dip in the pool and immerse yourself in the jungle, we have visitors from squirrel monkeys, white face, howlers, toucans, and hummingbirds! Open air home keep in mind some small geckos may come in but they are friendly and eat all the other bugs ;) our stay had everything to cook our meals or prep with seasonings , or Tupperware for on the go adventures! Bedrooms are laid out on the same side of the house and master has ac split for cooler night sleeps. Plus provided additional fans in the other rooms.

THE BEST AIRBNB I HAVE EVER VISITED! I am not exaggerating either. Mariana was an incredible host. She is kind, attentive, and super welcoming. Her home was just as exceptional as she was. The house was better than described, and more beautiful than the photos. The wildlife and foliage surrounding the home was incredible. It was gated and felt very safe, and so many nice restaurants and shops were walkable. It was only about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach, too! I will without a doubt book this house again in the future, and I’ll be looking forward to it!!! Thank you Mariana. 🙏🏼

Excellent, impeccable! Everything was great. Mariana was very friendly and helpful. As a recommendation for this accommodation or any other, it is a house in the jungle. Obviously, there are insects and animals that can enter the house. Check the beds every night before going to bed. We came across a scorpion that almost stung one of the babies. Excellent accommodation. It's a very nice house.

Mariana’s place was amazing. The monkeys, the macaws, the house, the environment, the decorations - everything from start to finish was perfect. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and Mariana’s place is hands-down one of our favorites. If this is available, for sure, book it, you will not regret it. To Mariana we’ll be back and thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

I’m not sure I have the words to describe how amazing this house is. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs all over the place and this one is hands down our favorite. The house itself is stunning, Mariana is so nice and communicative, and the wildlife we saw was like staying in a private national park. Monkeys (squirrel, white faced and howler) visit daily, the birds are beautiful (get an app that identifies by song - we saw so many including toucans, scarlet macaws and mot mots), and we spent several hours one day watching a sloth come down from one tree and climb another in front of the house. My wife and kids loved our stay and we highly recommend Marianna’s place. The house was definitely built to live in and admire the abundant nature. It’s decorated beautifully and very well stocked. We got back yesterday and miss it already. If it’s available, do yourself a favor and book it!

Mariana’s home was perfect for our family vacation. Communication before and during our trip was exceptional. It was just minutes from great restaurants and fun activities. She arranged a number of tours for us with pick up from the house. She made everything super easy! We adored the daily visits from the monkeys. Her home is absolutely stunning. The wildlife viewing and sounds were amazing. We highly recommend her home for a unique and peaceful vacation retreat.

Super cute! We had visits from the monkeys every day. I would stay there again every time I come back to Manuel Antonio.

We cannot say enough good things about this house and Mariana as a host. The house is beautiful! It is in such a peaceful setting and we especially loved the gorgeous pool!( the temperature was perfect, which is hard to find). The monkeys came in the morning and our children loved seeing them. It was amazing! We all wanted to stay another day to see the monkeys again. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers/tubs were so neat! Mariana was the most responsive host ever and was SO extremely helpful with all of the questions I had for her. She offered great recommendations and set up experiences us such as a private tour of Manuel Antonio Park and surf lessons. We left a couple items at the house and she made sure we got them. We hope to someday return to Cost Rica and would certainly stay here again. Pura Vida!

Amazing peaceful retreat in the jungle with daily wildlife visits and sighting, yet an easy 5 minute drive from great restaurants and activities in Manuel Antonio. Mariana is a super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended, and we hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa nestled in the rainforest. The neighborhood is gated and peaceful, with stunning homes and lush surroundings, and the house itself feels wonderfully secluded with nature all around. During our stay we even had monkeys visit the roof one morning, and we also spotted several tree frogs and geckos nearby, which made the experience extra special. The villa is spectacular from an architectural standpoint, and the pool was refreshing and perfect after a warm day. The kitchen is fully stocked and the hosts thoughtfully left coffee, tea, and other goodies. The beds were extremely comfortable with great bedding, and everything we needed was there. We truly had a fantastic time and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Mariana is an amazing host! From start to finish she went above and beyond from recommending and booking AMAZING tours for our family of 8, recommending great taxi drivers, moving tours around for us when we found out sea turtles were hatching and wanted to attend, giving instructions, and answering our Great! I would love to get started planning your vacation with you! Please tell me the names and ages of the travelers, preferred dates of travel, purpose of travel, type of travel, flights included or not included. once i have a better idea of your vacation needs, we will get started with the planning! very promptly! Upon arrival the house was very clean with the doors open and breeze floating throughout the house. The pool was absolutely amazing! We had monkey visitors several times throughout our stay! My kids enjoyed the pool, books, and toys in the house! We LOVED the sea turtle release, night tour, and beach day at Espadilla Beach nearby! Thank you Mariana for the your help!

Mariana is a kind and considerate host. She had let us know in advance about roadworks on the day of our departure for the airport, which was very helpful in planning our trip. Her house is beautiful: we spent a lot of time outside, by the pool, in the company of the monkeys. The decor looks like it came straight out of a magazine, with a touch of poetry in every detail. Everything was perfect in this little corner of heaven.

Mariana was a great host - extremely commutative and helpful, especially with food accomodations. Her place is incredible and even better than the pictures once you're there in person. so many cool touches to the house, so much space, and the house is organized so well to enjoy the outdoors and pool.
