A small hiccup on check-in that was remedied immediately by Dinia and crew. A simple scheduling mixup. Otherwise my stay here was delightful! You can hardly get closer to the beach entrance, so much so that I used a walk on the beach to commute to other parts of town instead of walking the roads. The place is well appointed, clean, super comfy bed. Dinia is so charming and responsive. The whole property is very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to land after long travel before my retreat. I would certainly return!

Great location minutes to the beach. In the trees and is quiet at night. Is a 20 min walk to restaurants and stores but you can get around by Tuktuk or renting a car or bike. The host on site is lovely and allowed an early check in and was very friendly. There was a cute cat who came to our Airbnb every day. We named him ham. We miss you ham!

Location location location...a three minute walk and you are on the beach. This is the quieter, Southern end of Guiones.

D (who looks after the place) is amazing. location is amazing. v glad this place was available. cheap for nosara (these days) but dont expect anything more than the basics. you literally cant beat the location for the beach. will come back in a heartbeat. and to repeat - D is amazing :) Gracias para todo - pura vida

Our stay with Andres was great, everything was perfect. Support from Dinia, who welcomed us for check-in and the whole period was special, showed us the house and gave us all the guidelines and great recommendations. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back. I send a special hug to Dinia, thank you very much

For the price (and is is an expensive area), the apartment was great. You can get to the quieter end of the beach in minutes but it is a 15 - 20 min walk to busier areas / shops / restaurants / the busier part of the beach / surf. Not an issue with Tuk tuks about if you don’t fancy the walk in the heat. The area is excellent but very pricy, you can go on a budget if you look around. Great part of the world, very chilled and unspoilt by over tourism. The plane to Nosara from San Jose is an experience..

Great stay, responsive host. Easy and quick access to the beach. Most restaurants are at the other end of the beach, so if you do not have transportation it is still a nice walk on the beach. Huge family of monkeys right outside room. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to come to Playa Guiones.

Fantastic location! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We were there to surf and loved the quick and easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed, and was quiet at night so we could get good sleep. There's enough privacy, although you are close to your neighbors. We loved the table on the porch for working and eating, and the big drying rack so we could hang our wet stuff to dry. We really like to cook and, although it's not the best stocked kitchen I've ever stayed at, we had everything we needed to make simple meals. The air conditioning in the bedroom was awesome. There are some quirks to the cabin - we had to wrestle with the door to lock it, and we had to hold the shower head and use it as a sprayer otherwise it would spray out the shower door. This is why I'm giving a 4 star. It was basic, comfortable, great location and good price. Everything we needed. Dinia was awesome and very responsive to our questions and needs.
