The views from the home are breathtaking. The home has an open layout and waking up and stepping out to beautiful ocean views and sounds was everything. We felt right at home. Lucrecia was a wonderful host. Provided clear instructions on how to get to the home and how to access the home. During our stay, the town was unfortunately hit by a tropical storm. Lucrecia was actively communicating with us the entire time to ensure everything was well. Any questions we had, she responded right away. The cooking lady she recommended Dona Gloria, cooked us an amazing dinner. The home was beautiful and the town was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed our stayed.

Our family had a wonderful experience here in SJDS. Beautiful small town, great food and local shopping. Our host was amazing with many recommendations. We will definitely choose this house on our next trip to NIC!!

Our stay in San Juan was absolutely unforgettable. The accommodations were stunning—beautifully designed with unique touches that made the entire experience feel one-of-a-kind. The living spaces were spacious, inviting, and thoughtfully put together, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy the surroundings. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. One of the standout features was the pool, which was absolutely amazing. Paired with the breathtaking scenic views, it created the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of San Juan. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure every detail was taken care of and that we felt completely at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, comfortable, and scenic getaway in San Juan Del Sur!!!

This place was great and met our needs perfectly. Located three blocks from the beach up the hillside. Each of the three bedrooms had a bathroom designated to them. Everything was clean and as expected. The porch is beautiful but does get warm in the afternoon, the retractable awnings were a nice surprise to find. We could see whales just outside the bay from the sun decks. We enjoyed the music playing on the beach every night however for someone looking for peace and quiet this might be too close to beach clubs for their taste. Overall a great spot, with lots of space, and a great coastal villa.

The house is up on the hill but walking distance to downtown restauranrs and beachfront bars. The house is as described. The pool was clean and the views were spectacular. The "Club" music on the weekends went on until 4 am and you can hear it. We used ear plugs and slept just fine.

I would recommend this rental home for anybody who is visiting San Juan Del Sur. The view from this place is spectacular and it is close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. I would stay here again in an instant. It’s a wonderful place!

The view is amazing, especially during sunsets. Interesting architecture. I highly recommend it!
