We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pacifique. Marilia was super responsive and helpful in planning our adventure in Costa Rica. Maricela, the house mom, was amazing - having breakfasts & snacks made from scratch was a highlight of the trip. We spent lots of time in the beautiful pool and watching the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen from the rooftop. And having conversations with the howler monkeys in the trees across the street :) Highly recommend Hemingway’s restaurant on the beach and Diablito Mexican restaurant. We also loved the catamaran sunset cruise. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, bathrooms and kitchen are so nice, AC is reliable. We had a group of 7 adults, a toddler, and an infant and felt very comfortable in the space. We absolutely loved our stay.

I have stayed in many AirBnB's, and I have never met a host like Marilia. First, the house is absolutely gorgeous, with the most beautiful views in Potrero. We had 8 adults, and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house has so many places to relax, including a covered patio overlooking the pool and a rooftop deck with ocean views. Booking with Marilia is literally like having your own personal concierge. She reached out to us several weeks before our trip and helped us book our transportation to/from the airport, golf carts for the week, and two incredible day-long excursions/tours. We had so many questions, and she answered all of them quickly and thoroughly. Also, the guys wanted to play golf while we were there, and the girls wanted a spa day. Marilia handled all of this for us. And the house mom is fantastic -- what a treat to wake up to a homemade breakfast to start each day! We just can't say enough about Marilia and her beautiful home! We LOVED our stay!

Highly recommend! All the reviews are spot on-- the house is beautiful, clean, and located close to several beaches. I also want to say that Marilia is the best host. My flight out was delayed by 7 hours the night before I was supposed to leave and Marilia allowed me to stay at the AirBnB free of charge because she had no other check-in that day. She didn't have to do that, but she did so without hesitation. Thank you so much for being so accomodating! She's also super responsive and has many great suggestions on activities and other logistics like airport transport. Finally, the house mom is awesome! She does such a great job cleaning and her breakfast/snacks are so good. 10/10!

My husband, myself and 3 daughters (teenagers) traveled to Potrero (first time) and stayed in this amazing house May 2023. Marilla was the best host. She was incredibly helpful from planning activities to providing great recommendations on where to eat to tips on how to handle money, transportation and lining up tours. She answered all questions, was responsive and so helpful during our stay. Her details and notes made our trip very smooth. Maricela, the house mom, cooked amazing breakfasts and snacks. She is kind, polite, helpful and genuine. Hiner, our tour guide for ziplining and our transport back to the airport was excellent. I can't say enough good things about all the people we met at restaurants, excursions and the people who worked at the house. If you are looking to experience Costa Rica's great hospitality and culture, I highly recommend staying at Casa Pacifique.

Loved this house and everything about it. Our group was 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kids (7-13). I do not have anything negative to say. The house is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need for cooking meals. All the rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Plenty of space so that a larger group can spread out. The kids loved the pool and watching movies outside. The views are amazing. Sitting out wathing the sunset having a drink, listening to the birds and monkeys. Marilla is a wonderful host and will help you with whatever you need. Maricella, the house mom is wonderful. She keeps the house sparkiling clean, cooks great breakfast, and leaves you a yummy snack. We also loved the area. It is much quiter than Playa Flamingo and Tamarindo, but both are close by to visit. Penca beach was great, a short walk and you have the beach to yourself. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitly go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Pasifique. Marilia was communicating before we arrived making sure we had all of our information or wanted anything special set up for when we arrived. She has everything you could possibly think of between beach chairs and all the appliances and tools to cook in the kitchen. The house mom, Marcela fantastic with breakfast in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. The views from the rooftop and sunsets we just beautiful. So many beaches close by and all so different. We cannot wait to come back & highly recommend staying here! We’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and Marilia’s place is one of the top we’ve stayed in. Thank you so much!!!

Absolute perfection! We were a family of 8- all adult- travelling to celebrate my 60 th birthday! We arrived at a stunning and spotless house with house mom having left us homemade empanadas! Maricela was a true gem! The Casa Pacifique suited out needs perfectly. Great spaces to gather but also offered many areas for privacy. Easy access by foot to amenities including 3 beaches, sodas, restos and markets. Marilia was an amazing host. Moreover she offers exceptional concierge service. Excursions well suggested based on interests. Golf carts were the perfect recommendation for our needs. Highlights were the sunset cruise, waterfall walk followed by our guide Fermando of Adventure Tours filling my dream of hand feeding a sloth. Deep sea fishing with Sean and Salt Hunt fishing charter! BUT icing in the cake was Marilia assisting with my Chef at Home birthday dinner catered by Benita of Coco Loco!!! Outstanding! Thank you Marilia for the Best Birthday Ever!!! Pura Vida!

Wow, just wow. Words cannot describe our amazing overall experience at Casa Pacifique. First of all, Marilia was incredibly helpful and responsive. She answered our numerous questions promptly and was so helpful with planning our trip. She provided so many recommendations on things to do, places to eat, beaches to visit, and places to shop. She even knew our daughter is gluten free and made sure the welcome snacks were gluten free for her. Extremely thoughtful! The house itself was spectacular. We loved eating on the balcony and on the terrace, watching the sunset. The house was well furnished and was very clean. We loved the pool We had a few minor issues that were quickly addressed. Probably one of the best parts of our stay was the house mom. She truly made this a memorable stay. Her breakfast and snacks were so amazing. She did a phenomenal job keeping the house clean and always had a cheerful attitude. Overall this was an amazing place. We highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed.

Your vacation at Casa Pacifique will be amazing and the only thing that tops this property is Marilia- the owner- who will make sure that your time in Costa Rica is one for the memory books. The house is even better than the pictures. The high-end fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms will remind you of the finest hotel. The kitchen is stocked completely with every utensil, pots & pans and knives you could ever want. But the most over-the-top luxury that makes this home so special is the house-mom. She makes breakfast - traditional Costa Rican or North American, you chose - does the daily housekeeping, and then leaves a snack in the fridge that you will look forward to all day. Coming home to a bowl of fresh salsa, guacamole or empanadas each day was the highlight of our trip. Marilia will advise you on tour companies, chefs, grocery stores…you name it. She knows everyone and can set you up with whatever services you need. This is by far the most memorable home we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Marilia, Graciano, y Maricela for making our vacation perfect.

From start to finish, this was the most amazing Airbnb that we have used. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, Marilia was in contact to help us plan our stay. She assisted us in the coordination of all of our activities, including a fishing expedition, tours to Rio Celeste and Finca Verde, beach hopping tours. She provided an extremely thorough guide to the location that included recommendations for things to do and see, restaurants, the draws of the surrounding beaches. She also included driving directions from the airport in order that we might avoid the Monkey Trail during the rainy season. The house mother services felt luxurious — and Maricela made the most amazing breakfasts and empanadas — highly recommend!! All of this, and the house was so very beautiful with amazing views — and perfectly appointed. This was a much needed vacation for our family, and Marilia exceeded all expectations in making this a dream vacation.

From the moment I booked Marilia’s place we were taken care of so greatly. I’ve never experienced a Airbnb like this. She was so attentive and thoughtful, she literally covered everything I could think about and more. Marilia was so helpful along with the house mom, Maricela and Hiner, the property manager. They were like the dream team I never knew I needed. From booking excursions to chefs, Marilia made sure my stay was of comfort and ease. She had so many sweet and thoughtful touches. All of her recommendations were spot on. The house was so beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was great and warm. Communication was top notch. We had more then enough space to each create our own oasis and gather when necessary. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and home to celebrate my birthday. I wanted for nothing and it was way more than I could ever imagine. Thank you all so very much!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience! We stayed at Casa Pacifique for 6 days with 9 people (tweens, teens, and adults). Everyone had space to gather and space to retreat. The house is spectacular but the hospitality is really what set this stay apart. Marilia (the host) is responsive and incredibly helpful! She gave great tips and helpful advice leading up to, and throughout our stay. She helped us navigate all the covid restrictions allowing us to focus on enjoying our trip. There aren’t enough positive words to describe Maricela the “house mom.” You’ve never experienced an empanada until you’ve tasted Maricela’s! Let her make you breakfast! We declined initially thinking it would be too difficult to get 9 people to want to eat the same thing…then we tasted her welcome treats and we were all begging for more! Returning to a clean house every day was something we haven’t experienced with an Airbnb stay! Hiner the property manager checked in with us and offered us peace of mind knowing he was down the driveway if we needed him. The Casa Pacifique team is wonderful! It’s like having a Fairy Godmother, Mary Poppins, and a good neighbor during your stay.

Whether you are looking for a home base to take advantage of excursions, or just some simple R&R to enjoy the beach and locals, this is the place for it! The house mom (Maricela) is literally worth her weight in gold (as a working mom, I almost cried getting to wake up to breakfast made and ready for us each day....as well as snacks and cocktails later!) Our family trip was focused so much on the R&R aspect of things and Marilia made it so easy. We had our shopping done before we arrived (including the items the house mom needed), all dinner reservations booked, chef recommendations and bookings, sailing trip booked, loads of suggestions and answers to any and all questions. I've never had as good of a concierge than Marilia. Even mid-trip when we needed to change reservations, she was available ASAP. She checked in on us often to ensure that we had everything that we needed and to get feedback on her recommendations (all of which were really great). Thanks for making our first trip to Costa Rica an experience we will come back for!

Marilia and her staff go above and beyond which made our experience beyond expectations. First of all the home is located walking distance to the beach. The home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Our house mom cleaned the home almost every day we were there. We received a complimentary breakfast that was delicious. We also had the option of having our house mom cook breakfast for a minimal fee the rest of the week. Marilia made sure we were well informed of everything around the house. If you are looking to relax in a beautiful comfortable home this is it. The town And beaches surrounding the home were very nice. I have been to Costa Rica 4 previous times and this was by far one of the most fun trips we have had. Thank you to the Casa Pacifique staff 😊
