Our experience was just excellent. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The amenities exceeded our expectations: everything was in perfect condition, well maintained, and designed to make the stay very pleasant. The host's service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. He was always very friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions, making us feel welcome throughout the stay. It was definitely a five-star experience. Everything was even better than we expected. We recommend this place 100% and would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and just as described in the listing. We really enjoyed the family time, and the location was ideal for resting. The communication with the host was very good and he was always attentive. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you for a nice experience!

I was surprised that this place does not have AC system in the main lobby and pools were dirty specially in a place where you expect to have fun with your kids and you are not able to take advantage of the pools. I am so disappointed I will not come back to this place.

We appreciate the time you took to leave your comments, although we are surprised by your review since we always strive to provide you with the best service, even allowing you to check in before the check-in time to accommodate your travel schedule. We want to clarify for future guests that the listing specifies in detail that the air conditioning systems are installed exclusively in the 5 bedrooms to ensure rest, but not in the living areas. Regarding the pools, the property's private pool was perfectly clean and sanitized for use (as mentioned in our private chat that they would use it). We apologize for the inconvenience with the large pool in the residential complex. However, since it is a common area managed by the condominium, its daily maintenance is completely beyond our control as individual owners.

The place is well equipped for cooking, and it's also quite spacious for a large family group. Check-in was a bit delayed due to security policies, since the place is located in a residential condominium, but on the other hand, the place is good for disconnecting from the city and enjoying time with family and/or loved ones.

Home away from home. The property is in a private location with private security. The house is walking distance from the beach. The house has more than enough rooms and bathroom to accommodate any family size. The house is spacious and clean with alot of amenities. The family had an amazing time away from home . I recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away form the city and relax in paradise. I will be returning back in the near future to this Beautiful gem 💎. Checking in is simple and easy. The host is always available to answer any concerns or questions regarding your stay. I recommend this property to everyone.

Once entering you are treated to a beautiful view of the outdoor area with beautiful glass sliding door. Property Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are guards on both ends protecting the place so your safety is guaranteed. I do recommend this place for anyone who wants a private stay close to the beach.

The place is excellent in every way. The pool is very well laid out, surrounded by palm trees, which provide shade at the sunniest times of the day, which is greatly appreciated. The house is very well maintained, clean, and with everything in order, which makes it feel cozy from the moment you arrive. And to top it all off, the beach is simply spectacular. Definitely a place worth every penny. Highly recommended!
