Conveniently located apartment in a private neighborhood; you just cross the street and you're at the beach.

Good location in front of Playa del Niño, a very quiet area, the house is very clean and spacious, very comfortable to spend your vacation, the host is very friendly and helpful, friendly neighbors. Everything is very reliable. 10/10

Apartment was very clean and close to the beach. Host was very friendly and responsive. I loved being able to walk around and visit all the restaurants on the beach. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We preferred this area as it did not feel crowded like the hotel zone. We enjoyed our time!

Everyone was very attentive with the arrival, with the questions, it's a great place, it makes you feel at home. Public transportation passes right out front. I would definitely come back!! 😊

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious and comfortable, just as the photos show. Magali and her father are excellent hosts, attentive and friendly! Being a private condo we felt safe and calm, the environment is very very nice! The beach is a few steps away and is very nice, the local people are very friendly and we would really love to come back!!! Thank you for everything Magali, a big greeting from Chile!

Very good place for a long stay with family and friends, the place was very clean and tidy, the instructions were very clear and there were no complications to get there. A highly recommended place to relax

great location we were out and about so ground floor view was not an issue. bedrooms are in the back so did not hear street noise.

It would be great to add something else to the kitchen. for example, a cutting board for vegetables. An ELECTRIC KETTLE for Argentines is of utmost importance. A tea, a mate. And we had nowhere to heat water. I appreciate the two pots and plates, but we were missing those two little things. we prioritize good nutrition. we don't always go to restaurants Afterwards, everything is fine!

I love it!! The super clean apartment, with everything you need to have a nice stay, Magali super cute with us advised, helped and orientated us since it is our first time in Cancun and really made me want to come back without a doubt. I recommend it at 10000 % 🤩 10 of 10 👌🏻

OMG ! Magali and her family were the most gracious hosts ever. The description matched exactly and the views were amazing. The beach and the surrounding area was beautiful and centrally located . The view of the sunrise coming over Isla Mujeres was spectacular. The ferry terminal is short 2 minute drive or a 10 Minute walk. The water pressure in the showers is pretty good for the Cancún area. We went on a snorkeling tour and the dock was really close by as well. Right out side the home is the beach and “ Suri” sells the best Paloma’s , Michelada’s and cold beer. There is also a restaurant and bar plus other vendors selling Crepes , Shrimp skewers , Corn and other snacks They offered us the apartments upstairs with even more amazing views. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect. It is a gated neighborhood with security 24/7 We felt very safe walking our puppy around. The people were very friendly, It felt like our home in Cancun. Very clean and tidy, We will be back to Magali’s Airbnb !

Very.bonito apartment, with everything you need to spend a few nice days meeting Cancun, Don Artemio's attention is outstanding even offering extra attention..!! The area is very nice, quiet and in front of a super accessible public beach. Recommended at 100..!!!

Picturesque views of the beach, especially at sunrise. Everything was within walking distance. The beach comes alive at night and weekends, giving a fun vibe. Can walk to restaurants and mini marts, ruins, and marina.
