Great location, apartment is pristine, really good visit to Cabo.

Great stay, would recommend !

Stayed here for 7 nights. Highly recommended this place based on location, amenities, host responsiveness and cleanliness. The place was within the mall and marina. Tight security. Key card access is the only way in for residents/guests. Convenient supermarket in the mall. Walmart is super close, about a 5-6 minute walk away. Highly recommend Tres Gardenias which is around the corner from Walmart. Kitchen had all the items needed for cooking. Coffee filters, salt/pepper, sugar & ground coffee were supplied. Kitchen also stocked with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods & paper towels. Didn’t find the beach towels til the last day- in the drawer below TV in living room. The rooftop patio is lovely. I used the hot tub early in the morning & at night. Be careful as the tiles are slippery when wet. I do NOT recommend walking around barefoot after getting out of the hot tub. You will slip and fall! Enjoy the patio for napping, reading and having meals. Shade provided. Would stay here again

We stayed at Mark's place for almost a month and we loved everyday we spent there. The place was very modern, clean and organized. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking related items. The mall, supermarket and Walmart was about a 10 minute walk in a very safe area. Tons of restaurants in this area as well. The beach is only a 15 minute walk at most which was a big bonus. We were 100% satisfied with our stay. Steve from Toronto.

Very nice condo and was exactly like in the pictures. Mark and his team are very responsive and help with any concerns and helpful if you need anything. Looking to forward to staying here again. Walking distance to shopping mall, Chedraui, Walmart, Restaurants, and of course the Marina and tours. Great place. Thank you letting us enjoy your place while getting to know Cabo.

This is a awesome location with all the high end amenities. Everything was better than expected. I recommend this property to everyone. I will definitely be back to book Marks place.

Great spot close to everything, Great staff and very responsive to any questions. Quiet and peaceful and night even though you are in the heart of the marina.

This beautiful & spacious place was walkable to the beach, supermarkets and lots of places to eat and drink. The concierge service was excellent and highly responsive.

This was our second time staying at the Paraiso properties, but our first time in Mark's place. What a great property! There is so much room making it a very comfy stay. We enjoyed how close we were to the very active Marina. Yes, you will hear some noise, and maybe even a few celebrations, but Cabo is a place for wonderful times. I recommend downloading a white noise app on your phone if you can't sleep through some noise. There is so much to do right around the condo - shopping, all kinds of water activities, the beach, and some seriously delicious places to eat. The condo itself is very comfortable - two spacious bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, a nice and well equipped kitchen, comfy social space with a great TV, and all the outdoor space that brings in the natural light. We used the rooftop patio every day, and the hot tub every night. You can still see the stars, so soaks were relaxing and very nice after busy days. We hope to return!

The concierge Karen was extremely responsive and helpful. She gave us instructions before we arrived and offered round trip transportation service from the airport. I would recommend using their service as it was easy and convenient. The location was very central to everything and the marina was walkable. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub. I did see that there was previous reviews about ants in the home, we did not see any ants while we stayed there. We did however wish that there was cooking oils, coffee filters and coffee and spices for cooking. We did appreciate that there was pods to use to wash our clothes.
