Great location and a very attentive host. The property is clean and well-maintained. It’s tucked away at the end of a lane on a quiet street, offering a peaceful stay with the added security of private on-site parking ​Accessibility: Walking distance to the beach, the main strip, and supermarkets. It’s also ideally positioned for a quick walk to the El Miro hike. ​The Space: The owner was engaged and responsive throughout. The private patio is a nice feature for relaxing and a nice view, with the occasional macaws in nearby trees ​A quiet, reliable base that’s close to the action without the noise. Highly recommended

We are really satisfied with our experience at zaza flats! the accommodation was perfect, well-equipped, clean and super nice. The location was superb, where the area is safe and quiet but close to Jaco city center. The host is available to answer questions and offers super easy access to the accommodation. Good recommendations for places are also provided by the host. We recommend the Airbnb! Great price!
