This space was disappointing for us: old, dated, should be refurbished. There were a lot of ants inside, salamanders and a frog. The dog also always wanted to come in. We didn't feel very nice here. The towels were of good quality and we liked the river in the garden.

A spacious home with everything you occupy. The garden with the river is very idyllic. The pool was not for use as it was very dirty, but if you wanted to bathe, the river is fantastic and the water didn't feel too cold. The setting is beautiful with the volcano in front. I loved getting to know the area. To find the place it is better to put the name of the house on Google maps, there it appears. The map on the airbnb listing is wrong. Rinner was very nice and helpful.

A very nice accommodation, the place is very clean, it has everything you need to cook in the place, it has two well-equipped rooms one with a single and double bed and the other with a double bed, it also has an additional sofa bed that is divided into 2 and fits two other people and a sofa in the living room where you can also sleep, so you can accommodate about 7 people, it has a bathroom that has hot water, the views are wonderful and the climate of the village is pleasant and cool, it is very close to tourist places, such as hot springs, waterfalls, and national parks, and views of the Miravalles volcano, among other recreational activities, the host was very kind, in general a very comfortable stay.

Thank you to Rinner for a lovely stay. We enjoyed the view of the small creek and the horses and cows! We loved the dinner in the next door soda. The breakfast that came with the stay (at the soda) was delicious! It was really hot when we were there so I could not convince my teenagers to hit the local hot springs. We did go on some nice walks. If you are looking for a non-touristy, simple place to stay in the countryside, then this is the place for you!

Cool house on the main road but felt like it was very rural. It's next to a small local restaurant which has nice local food. we were with a toddler, and the garden, river and pool were a good adventure for her. There are national parks under an hour away, as was the puma sanctuary. We did the miravalles volcano hike, which took us 8 hours up and down with toddler in the backpack. thanks again to the hosts :)

beautiful place at the foot of Volcan Miravalles, with a small creek that runs through the property, it is full of living nature, trees, birds, it feels a lot of peace. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. It has many facilities. The mattresses are extra firm , which is to my particular liking and we provide some small recommendations to make the bathroom more comfortable. You can check for the breakfast service which has a very comfortable additional cost of price and allows you to enjoy a delicious Guanacasteco gallopinto well-stocked and served at home by Mrs. Isabel, is a gem. We also recommend nearby hot springs, at a low cost of entry and very well maintained facilities. The Guayabo de Bagaces area is still very rural and with excellent infrastructure. We advise without hesitation this place, due to its location, price, charm, cleanliness and amenities.

My mom and I stayed here for four nights. We had a lovely time visiting some local hot springs (by taxi), hiking the volcano (literally across the road), checking out some near by towns, so many waterfalls, and hanging out with some awesome neighbours (you never know what adventure awaits if you just say yes). Rinner always replied quickly and we were very thankful for all his time. The house and grounds were even better than we had hoped. This is a great place to relax, do some hiking and bird watching.

it's a shame we have to write this because the place itself was beautiful, and it's hard to avoid, but we had an extremely difficult time with the bugs. I was bitten by a tick throughout the night and found it latched on to me , I know it was in the beds as I recall feeling a sting but brushed and it didn't hurt anymore, that morning I found it. my husband both nights we stayed there was bitten and extraordinarly high amount by something.. we hadn't gone on any hikes or spent time outside due to the rain and he went to bed with no bites and woke up with dozens. we also noticed a very large amount of ants inside the house heading for the fridge the garbage or anything food like within minutes. the pool was wonderful and the guest very accommodating and like I said I know it's hard to control but it's an unfortunate finding.

It's a very nice place, we liked it. At the end of our stay we met Doña Margarita and her daughter, who accompanied us to learn more about the place, for these two people it was worth the whole trip. We hope to return

We Loved staying at That Place. You have a spacious House surrounded By a beautiful Garden, a Little River Passing trough and a well maintained Pool Area with the Most scenic view. The Place is Right beside volcano miravalles and the view to the other side isn‘t less spectacular. The trees attract Lots of different Birds, as we Could Watch tucans and Little Parrots in the Morning. During Night time there were some Tiny frogs in the Banana plant leafs. During our Stay the sun was shining Most of the time, so we Could Hang out By the Pool, Watching the iguanas sunbathing and just relax. With the car close By was a nice Little village with Supermarkets and a Soda with Tasty Dishes run By an Older lovely lady. Rinner Himself was Always available, answered immediatelly and was very Helpful. Thanks again for providing this Place and Having us.

We are a family business and we are located in the biological corridor Rincon Rain Forest ... This is a privilege and that is why we like to be visited to enjoy the nature of the area. These frogs in the banana leaf... Let's look at them better to show them to the world. Take good care please Diana and Rinner
