The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful & very peaceful too. Ours was a girls trip. 5 gals & we had plenty of space. The patio is great for lounging with a cup of coffee & enjoying the view while listening to the sound of the crashing waves. The complex is very well kept. The pool is great! I highly recommend Teresa's condo.

Teresa was the perfect host. Very helpful on wonderful restaurant recommendations. Cannot wait to come back!

Teresa's place was everything we needed for a quiet vacation. There was plenty of room for our family of five with three adult children. The pool got a lot of use and it was especially convenient to this ground-level unit. The grounds are very well cared for. We also took advantage of the beach, only a couple of minutes away on foot. The sunrises were worth waking up early for and we loved bodysurfing every day, though the waves would probably be too rough for children or weak swimmers, at least during our week in July. (There was a hurricane a few hundred miles off shore, so maybe these were bigger than normal.) There are several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The new grocery store (La Comer) has every thing you could need about 8 minutes away on foot. A trip into old town is a short collectivo or uber ride away. The complex (and town) were quiet. If you are looking for the raucous party atmosphere of Cabo San Lucas, this is probably not the place for you. Best of all was Teresa's attention to our needs. She was very responsive to questions by phone, text, or email, flexible with checkout, and had excellent suggestions for activities. When we return to Cabo, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Teresa is such a communicative and thoughtful host. Her place is amazing and gorgeous with the view of the ocean right out the back door. Will definitely be coming back!

This condo was much nicer, larger, and lovely than we had expected. The views are stunning and it was so convenient to just walk out to the pool from the living room. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful stay.

Awesome Host

My first time on the ground floor. It was nice to bringing groceries in and walking right out to the pool. Very nice condo.

Great place lots of space. Pools right in front of appartment so super convenient for kids. Outstanding beach right outside the complex. Beautiful sand and turquoise colored sea.

The condo is in a convenient location in the complex as well as in the town. It had a ton of amenities and made us feel like home. We definitely recommend it!

This is our fourth time visiting to the San Jose area and by far my favorite trip. Mainly because of this beautiful Las Masasinitas villa. The location was absolutely perfect Close enough to walk to restaurants but isolated enough to feel relaxed and away from it all. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio looking over the pool and ocean. The shady hammocks under the palm trees was another favorite spot. The landscaping there is very well maintained and lush. They even provided ice and a refrigerator in the swim up bar we could use. The villa was very clean and huge! It was nice having two master bedroom so we could all have our space. We were there in July and basically have the whole pool to ourselves every day. We will definitely come back and am looking to buy a place at the same resort. It’s only a three dollar uber ride into San Jose. A couple doors down at the Wyndham is a nice outdoor sports bar. We also loved the local taco places and beautiful grocery stores so close. For live music we recommend Baja Brewing Company especially on Friday nights. Also the art walk on Thursday nights downtown San Jose Square.

Such a quiet and beautiful place! close to everything!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was much more than we expected! It was so comfy, a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun! The fact that it is ground floor makes it easy to just walk out to the pool or use the bbq. Our toddler loved playing in the little garden area - which was perfect while we had our morning coffee overlooking the pool and ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean! We hope to return one day!
