We stayed at Montecristo villa 7 in Cabo for three nights to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Overall, the home was exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was in working order except for the jacuzzi, which would not fully heat to 100°F. We reported the issue, and someone came out promptly to address it, which we appreciated. One thing future guests should be aware of is the transportation logistics within the resort. If you want to go to anywhere, you’ll need to take a shuttle and then transfer to another vehicle (similar to a golf cart) to reach certain areas, including some of the pools. While not a major issue, it does add time and inconvenience when moving around the property. Another important consideration is groceries and deliveries. Outside delivery services are not permitted inside Montecristo. If you order groceries or other items, you must take a taxi to the security gate and meet the delivery driver there yourself.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Fabulous house and resort. Charlie is very helpful and proactive, a pleasure to rent off . Will definitely visit again soon

This was our third time at Montecristo and it was so much fun. Pool and hot tub were very clean and the views are incredible from the two decks. Really loved the privacy and peace this house gave us. Was a great time for our family of 5.

The home itself was very nice and communication was good. Our stay was comfortable overall. Future guests should know this listing is managed through a third party and the home is owned/operated by the resort. We were required to check in at the resort’s main front desk and wait in line before being assigned the house, rather than going directly to the property as is typical with most Airbnbs. After a long travel day with luggage and groceries, this was an unexpected extra step. The home is also subject to resort policies. For example, unlike a previous stay in a privately owned home at this resort, we were not permitted to bring in an outside chef. It worked out fine using a resort chef, but it required additional coordination. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but knowing the setup in advance may have influenced our booking decision.

Amazing stay all around. Appreciated the pre-trip communications and tips, and loved everything about our villa! Would absolutely stay again at Montecristo (third time there) and always will book in the future through Cabo Charlie.

Charlie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive. provided clear instructions. Also, one of the best airbnbs in the area. Felt very safe and secure. Breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunsets. There are too many amenities that we didn't use. Will definitely rebook there.

We came to Cabo to celebrate my 40th birthday, and Charlie’s place was absolutely perfect for our group. The villa had stunning views, and the kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the location was great — close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and scenic stay!

Charlie was so helpful and patient with my group during our stay! He was quick to respond and guided us through the process seamlessly. He made our experience 10x better and we are so grateful! This is a beautiful location and I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the beautiful area of Cabo San Lucas.

Our week-long stay at this beautiful home in Cabo was nothing short of amazing!
