It was a very pleasant stay, the house was very nice!

A magical place, the lake is impressive, having it literally in front, the accommodation has an upper and lower section, it is on sloping terrain, the magical part is the one below and there is a kitchen, we decided to be in that part most of the time. There are many steps, so it is advisable to wear tennis shoes. If you can swim, don't miss the part where you jump into the lake from the dock 😍

Excellent location and house for a large party. We were situated close enough to downtown Panajachel to be able to easily grab a tuk tuk, but the house is tucked away and very private. Ventura and Claudia made our stay at Lake Atitlan easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Patricia's place for large groups.

The stay at Patricia's house was excellent ! A very nice house, spacious and perfect to rest, with very nice views of the lake! Ventura the guardian, he is a very helpful person and helped us in everything , the communication with Patricia is very good and the accommodation is in perfect condition, highly recommended !

Amazing stay! Great for large groups as there are a lot of sleeping options. Each area of the house is well equipped with cooking equipment and everything you need to cook up on the grill. The stairs were definitely a workout, so if you’re looking to stay active this is good way to do it! Ventura, the property manager, is now on our vision board to get fit and become as humble as he is. He helped us with our luggage on all the flights of stairs and hills and made it seem effortless… we will never forget him! The views to the volcanoes are unbelievable and access to the lake made this experience even more enjoyable since the private boats can access the deck.
