Great stay , would book again

We had a group of 12 stay and it was absolutely amazing! Alain was amazing and very responsive. The villa is an absolute dream! One of the most amazing pools to lounge in. You will not regret staying in this amazing villa!

Alain was a phenomenal host and concierge. The private Chef’s dinners were spectacular.

This house is absolutely stunning, the photos truly don’t do it justice. It was so beautiful that I could have easily spent all six days just relaxing at the house. There were 15 of us, and we all had way more space than we expected. The house is enormous, impeccably clean, and the location is perfect. It’s situated in a peaceful area with minimal traffic but just a short drive to the main town and all the attractions. The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service from the concierge, Alain. From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. Even a month before our arrival, he was helping us plan our itinerary, make reservations, and ensure we maximized our time. During our stay, he was incredibly responsive, often replying to our messages within a minute. No request was too big or small, he made everything happen seamlessly. Al was an absolutely amazing host from start to finish. From the moment we booked until the day we left Tulum, he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He helped us arrange everything—our private chef, excursions, dinners, transportation—and even provided great restaurant recommendations. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially with our large group of 13. Al truly made our experience 100x better, and I can't thank him enough for everything. Highly recommend!

We booked many Airbnb but this one was at the top of the most beautiful houses we stayed in. It is a huge Moroccan style house with 8 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom and a unique personality. The level of service by Alain and Mohamed was at a five star luxury hotel level. There is a courtyard with a huge pool and even a cool room above it for socializing. Alain took care of all our needs and organized amazing breakfasts and a dinner. From the moment you enter this house, you feel like Royalty. Even days before our stay Alain set up a messaging group and made sure to communicate and organize every thing we needed. This is a must stay Airbnb.

We had our wedding at Ambre and Alain was extremely helpful. My family and friends enjoyed their stay here for sure. Thank you!

The home looked just like the pictures and my party was very impressed. This is a great place to have some privacy. The only cons are the drive to the house because the area is still being developed and a few things related to cleanliness. Seems the housekeepers missed a few details here and there that were quickly addressed once we pointed them out. Examples: trash was left in one of the trash cans of one of the bathrooms when we first arrived and a tub or two wasn’t cleaned on the second day as there was a dirt ring or hair still left from the previous night after we arrived. I chose the place for the many tubs and they were used by each guest every night! We even brought our own bath salts to soak in the tub. Alain was very responsive and helpful in finding restaurants to visit. He also set up the chef which was great and was flexible when we had to move the dinner back 2 hours because our day trip to Chichen Itza went late. There’s also 24/7 security which helped us feel safe.

We hosted our friend’s bachelorette at this property and it was truly the best time. Alain was beyond attentive and responsive and anticipated our every need! Alain coordinated our transportation for every single activity, procured amazing chefs for delicious meals at the villa, stocked the fridge with all of the items we wanted and overall we just felt very safe, secure and peaceful. The amenities on the property are stunning and we recommend this property for anyone hosting a party or just in need of an amazing getaway!

5 Stars simply are not enough to rate Alain’s service for me and my group during our stay. We were a large group 13 for 3 birthday celebrations. Alain was very attentive and caring. If there was a question, he gave an answer. If there was a problem, he found a solution. Superb service all the way around!!

Loved loved the place. It was one of the best vacations according my 7 year old nephew who loved the house. And so did we! Alain, was the best! He took care of our every need and more. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone! Already tagged on insta 😉

Highly recommend this villa. I hosted my husband's 50th birthday for 14 guests and we had a great time! Alain, one of the house managers, was amazing. He was so helpful and responsive prior to us coming to Tulum. He was so polite and accommodating with our needs. The meals at the villa were amazing and so fresh. Can't say enough of how much we loved staying here.
