It's just like the photos. There are plenty of safe parking lots nearby in case you bring a car. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It is close to several museums and downtown. The two people who took care of us at both check-in and check-out were friendly.

The area is very central. It was convenient for me to take tours, since from the GAM, they all depart from the National Theater. I was offered breakfast with my stay. There was also an oasis and a front desk in case you wanted to wait for transportation. In the room, there was a small fridge, and most importantly, hot water.

A very clean and nice hotel with a very good breakfast in downtown San José. The room was impeccable, although without an outside view. Excellent option to stay in downtown San Jose

The room is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and the free breakfast. The parking is a bit of a nightmare but the room is excellent!!

The place is perfect for short stays. Comfy beds, bathroom with impeccable inputs. Very attentive reception staff and the coffee shop staff of the best.
