An amazing spot right out of town, we’re still in our out an about phase, so the local bar across the way was a bonus, it has amazing food and friendly people. The home is decorated perfectly, the pool and yard are magical. Just outside of La Fortuna’s main district so an easy drive to everything you would want to do there. The location is safe and secure, the police station is walking distance if you were to have any concerns, they are active and polite and professional. We will book again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful house! The pool was gorgeous and we loved hanging in the hammocks. All the greenery and plants were well maintained and we had everything we needed for cooking. It’s close to many restaurants and stores and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again!

Echoing other guests' praises, Brandon's place was beautiful, and Brandon was a very responsive host. The house looks just as pictured, and the pool is gorgeous. The expansive property was a delight to explore, and finding the various fruits from the trees was an added experience, even if not all ripe! Brandon even cut a cacao bean and a coconut for us to try. The kids loved the mango as well. The bar next door does get loud late at night, and we were there over the weekend, but the live band on a Friday night was awesome to listen to, and the music did not bother us. I suggest checking it out if you have the opportunity. The property was worth it. There was a burst pipe issue late one night, and Brandon came as soon as he was notified. He was very apologetic and got it fixed by the morning. It was no one's fault. Brandon is a lovely person and was a very attentive host. The property is about a mile from La Fortuna town and is a great location to explore from. Highly recommend.

Brandon is a great host, always attentive and responsible. He responded very quickly, was very friendly, and really cares about everything. Highly recommended. The house is beautiful and the green areas are very nice, and the location is perfect.

Everything we were looking for. Beautiful and just secluded enough. Comfortable. AC was strong, beds were comfortable, place was spotless. Loved the big speaker. Would absolutely return!

Very close to the local spots, Brandon was very helpful and attentive with great local recommendations. Also very communicative! The noise from the local bar next door was not a problem during our stay. Nothing to complain about, I would highly recommend it!

The property looked even more beautiful than the photos. Picked limes from the backyard for our cocktails, saw a bunch of different frogs, and saw a sloth up in the tree.

OMG! OMG! OMG! We were delighted with the house, the decor, and all the little touches in this property, not to mention the incredible grounds. The pool, with its layout, is just amazing. As the owner of a short-term rental property myself, I have rarely seen a house and setup that are so perfect. We were lucky enough to meet Brandon upon arrival, and we had the pleasure of hearing him talk about the fauna and flora on his property. Both the children and we were charmed by his presence and his passion. We didn't want to leave. The outdoor hammocks were so comfortable that we all fell asleep at times. And what can I say about the clean smell of the house and the linens? We all noticed it upon check-in. Brandon is a top-notch host, and I would recommend him to everyone. Also, despite some comments about the music from the neighboring bar, it never kept us from sleeping. Perfect experience. Thank you!

Fantastic stay in La Fortuna. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. We traveled as a family with our 14-year-old twins, each bringing a friend, and the space worked great for everyone. The outdoor amenities really stood out—absolutely fantastic. The kids loved the pool, and the outdoor table was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing before heading out for the day. Only regret is that we didn’t stay one more night. Would definitely come back.

This was a great Airbnb, property and amenities were great and just as advertised! Yes, there was some noise from the club next door as he disclosed in the listing, but we didn’t find it too bad personally. To be honest, you can only hear it from one bedroom. But other than that, this place was 5 stars! It had everything you needed and then some, best stocked AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. Location was good, property was great, and everything exactly as described.

Brandon’s property was beautiful and immaculate! I brought my parents here for vacation and they felt right at home because they used to own a house in Asunción, Paraguay for about 15 years. They described the feeling of the house as very similar to our old childhood home in Paraguay. Brandon was very responsive and friendly—went we left the AC unit on overnight by accident, it leaked water on the bed. I let Brandon know and he responded immediately. When he came over to change out the linen and check on the AC unit, he even took the time to show us the backyard which was full of fresh coconuts, mango trees, cocoa trees, miracle fruits, limes trees, and more! Brandon was very hospitable and went the extra mile of cutting fresh coconuts and giving us the experience of miracle fruits (they truly are a miracle!) I wish I can write more, but I am running out of space so all I can say is 5/5!
