We had some issues with the air conditioners, hot water, and the bathroom in the utility room. The Jacuzzi in the pool was not in operation. The rest are pretty good.

The home is big with an good kitchen , a couple things were broken like the only plug in the main master bathroom was not working ( I was not able to use my airbrush ) the ac in the master bedroom need batteries ( someone was send quick to replace the batteries) Room down stairs door was so hard to open its very beat up , the house just needs lots of maintenance Lots of little bugs in the living room dining room and kitchen ( was told it was ants ) My major complaint is about the pool for 2 days it had a sign saying it was not good for use since it had chemicals ( this is very sad since it’s so hot all we wanted was to be in the pool ) Overall the house is in a good location and security service is the best part of this house always very friendly and helpful.
