Impeccable! The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. A peaceful haven. Very large with lots of private spaces. You can book without so much as a second thought; your only regret will be leaving at the end of your stay...

I highly recommend this place! The house is incredible—it's even better than the photos. It had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. I didn't miss a thing. The location is excellent, with plenty of great options nearby. Having a car is definitely recommended to get around and make the most of the area. Everyone in my family was sad to leave because we had such a wonderful time. Marjorie was an amazing host—she was proactive, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. It was the perfect vacation. Thank you, Marjorie! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Loved our time at Marge's place! It is absolutely beautiful. The best part of the place is Marge. Having her live in the area and be accessible brings a lot of peace of mind. She was very responsive, and we needed her help a couple of times and she was on it. If you want to bring yourself extra peace of mind in Costa Rica, rent a 4x4. We rented a Hyundai Staria AWD and it struggled, although it added to the adventure. Haha! We would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, an added bonus with this place is the board games. We played several of them. The boogie boards and chairs were helpful too. Kitchen was well-stocked and had several spices to use.

I really can’t say enough about this home, or about Marge. This vacation was made perfect, not because of anything I did, but because of a beautiful home, and an even more beautiful, kind and caring host. As another Airbnb host, Marge gave me a goal in which to attain (although I don’t think I could ever truly do what she does.) I can’t say enough about our experience, made perfect by a gorgeous home and a very generous host. If I could rate it more that 5 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate, rent this home!

Cava Vista Villa is wonderful!!! - Stocked with almost everything needed to enjoy your stay. The “suite” concept is perfect for larger families or groups who want space to stretch out and not feel cramped. - Plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, pool toys, games, etc. Marge has included just about everything you’d need for a lengthy stay (even a high chair and pack-n-play for the little ones). - The pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat/humidity & the patio space runs the length of the property & has plenty of seating for large groups. 2 tables that seat 8-10 (indoor/outdoor) for when you want to gather, a 5 seat island in the kitchen provides plenty of room at mealtime. - The yoga deck is perfect to get your morning started just steps away from the lush jungle. - Parking for 3 cars comfortably. - Grocery store a 5 min drive. - Dominical/Uvita provide close options for lunch/dinner & plenty of outdoor/beach options for exploring. Beautiful home!

Our stay was absolutely magical! Waking up to the rainforest and views of ocean out the back door was heavenly. The house was even better than the pictures with large rooms and bathrooms, including 3 outdoor showers. The pool was the perfect size for hours of play with our children. The location is excellent - just a few minute drive to Dominicalito beach. Easy drive access to Dominical or Uvita but we loved the house so much we frequently cooked there. We saw toucans, monkeys, and countless birds from the back patio. Marjorie was also an exceptional hostess, and her recommendations and kind attention were extremely appreciated and really enhanced the entire trip.

Cava Vista exceeded our expectations. The views of the Costa Rica coastline are stunning and honestly the highlight of the entire stay. We had howler monkeys, white face monkeys and toucans on the property daily, which made the whole experience feel incredibly immersive. The pool and outdoor space were great for unwinding after a day of activities, and the kitchen was well equipped for our group to prepare meals together. Marjorie was an excellent host and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. If you're considering the Osa area, this place absolutely delivers on the photos. We would gladly stay here again.

Cava Vista Villa is truly an absolute gem and Marjorie is an incredible host. Our time in Dominical was really amazing thanks in no small part to Marjorie's thoughtfully written booklet of the area. While we had no issues while we were staying here, Marjorie was very responsive and pleasant any time I reached out, We were able to explore several beaches, enjoy incredible restaurants, and still take some time to relax at her absolutely stunning property. From the moment you walk in the door or around the corner to the pool, you'll experience luxury and serenity. A real treat is Marjorie's beautiful garden that surrounds the house and lines the driveway. We loved the jungle / mountain views combined with the beautiful ocean view (it was fun to watch the tide retreat and explore the newly exposed rocks on Dominicalito Beach just below). You may very well see wildlife while you're hear and the white-faced capuchins who visited us several times were a highlight of our trip.

I can't say enough about the home. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a sprawling home with ample room for everyone. Fully equipped kitchen, infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Three outdoor showers nestled among gardens with flowers blooming. This is truly a special home and I would 100% go back. Our host was very very attentive to our needs and we were greeted with fresh flowers, fruit and champagne on our arrival.

We had a wonderful experience! The house is very beautiful, high standard, super well equipped, impeccable rooms and cleanliness as well. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay, always ensuring that we had the best experience, responded very quickly and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend it!!!! This house was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 8 adults and one 4 year old. We had plenty of space and didn’t feel crowded. We all had our own private areas, but still plenty of space to hang out as a group. The views were unmatched. Being able to see and hear the ocean while being in the rainforest was dreamy. From the pool we saw toucans, an iguana, white face capuchins, and spider monkeys. We also saw agouti and coati on the property. Marge was amazing with providing plenty of information on local “must dos” and easy to follow instructions for everything in and around the house. She also provided recommendations for private chefs, one which we hired and fully recommend! Gilbert came to the house to make us a typical breakfast and then we had him back for a 7 course "tour of Costa Rica" dinner. His food was amazing, and he was great as well! There were also some noodles, rafts, beach toys, games, and kids books which were great to have when traveling with the kiddo.

We had an incredible stay at this spectacular home. The house itself was stunning, with every amenity we could possibly need. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially loved spending time on the veranda, in the pool and enjoying the outdoor showers. The thoughtful touches made our stay even more special – from the family games and puzzles, to the cooking essentials in the kitchen and the detailed notebook with information about the home, local beaches, and excursions. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to both beautiful beaches and great activities in the area. Our host Marjorie was wonderful – extremely accessible, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for from start to finish. This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!
