Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Amazing location, right on the beach. We were in the ocean every day, and spent hours by the pool. The on-site cafe/bar was a treat, and had everything from lattes and breakfast sandwiches to specialty dishes and craft cocktails. We walked to local beach-side restaurants, surf shops, and a little mini-mart. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Very high quality linens and paper products. View from the large patio was phenomenal. Hosts were extremely responsive and worked hard to make sure our stay was amazing. Soleado feels like a large, luxury resort but in a small, quiet, friendly, peaceful package. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice apartment. The welcome included very nice touches. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for total comfort. The fact that it's right on the beach is a plus. The pool and jacuzzi area is very comfortable. It has many places nearby for lunch and dinner, 15 minutes from San José del Cabo. Gerardo provided excellent service and gave us the opportunity to check out later (since they had no guests that day). We really enjoyed our stay and are very much looking forward to going back there!

We had an amazing stay! Epic location ! Gorgeous condo with amazing ocean views ! Gerardo the property manager was super attentive, very informative and kind . We can’t wait to return ! Having a 3 br house on a private beach and with a pool that is never crowded was amazing. The condo was perfectly stocked and the attendant Gerardo was extremely thoughtful and helpful bringing us board games for family relaxation. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect. The beach was great and safe for the kids to play in the water. They’re 12, 10 and 7. They also loved the pool. There are a few good restaurants within 5 minutes of the condo and the supermarkets are super close as well. The kitchen was well-stocked and I didn’t mind at all flipping pancakes with such a beautiful view. The little pool restaurant had great food and drinks! Gina was the kindest and most friendly to my girls! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach with us! We hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing 2 week stay…..weather was fantastic, condo was comfy and easy to feel at home. Beautiful views of the pool and the rolling waves were so soothing! We would love to stay again! Amazing and responsive hosts

WOW! The view from the balcony was incredible. Our stay at Cezary’s condo at Soleado, a beachfront property in San Jose del Cabo, was amazing! The oceanfront location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and beautiful sunrise views from the terrace. The condo was clean and comfortable, with easy beach access. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided made for fantastic days at the beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded, with only a few vendors who were respectful of our “no thank you”. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The location within Soleado couldn’t have been more perfect. A quick trip to the pool or beach and back when our beverages needed refilling or we left something behind. We loved the proximity of the condo to local restaurants, major grocery stores, shops, and the SJ art district. It made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. This condo is at the very top of our very short list for our 2027 trip.

Incredible stay, we can’t wait to come back! The cafe on site was amazing, super convenient and we loved everything we ordered. Everyone was so friendly. I already miss the shrimp tacos! Gerardo was extremely helpful and communicative. We looked so forward to the ocean sunsets every morning. Our two toddlers loved the pool and hot tub and it was great to be right on the beach. Wasn’t busy, felt private. Loved going to Cream for dinner nearby in La Palmilla Shops, Organi-k for breakfast. It all felt like a boutique hotel!

We had a great stay here and were overall very happy with it. You're close to Los Cabos, but not too close; ie it's not walkable but I think it's a lot calmer and the beach was easy and not crowded at all. The condo is great, staff were friendly and very helpful, we felt super safe. It's large with 3 br and an ocean/pool view. I think the one bedroom closest to the hall had a bit of noise from folks coming home late at night (we were traveling with kids and went to bed early). Overall, family friendly and not a party vibe. The gym was nice, grocery close, you do need a car, but we were very happy with the place and would stay here again!

Fantastic condo for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Each unit is a water view and the layout was great! Felt much bigger in person than what the photos portrayed. Their small outdoor grill that was recently remodeled serves an excellent (small) menu and drinks. If you’re looking for a place in between Cabo and San Jose, this is it!

We had a fantastic time staying at Soleado Resort in San Jose del Cabo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the area. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas if you want to check out the amazing boat tours to the Arch. So fun and it was only $20 per person with Rogers tours. Our host, Suzy, was absolutely amazing—so kind and helpful. She even went out of her way ordering us a pizza when we experienced a language barrier getting it delivered. Truly above and beyond! The only downside is that the beach directly in front of the resort isn't usually swimmable, which is something to be aware of. That said, we loved relaxing at the resort— watching the surfers from the balcony and the infinity pool was super cool! We even went horseback riding from right out front of the resort with Jesse James. We will absolutely return. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!
