EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, the apartment has all the amenities you need and is in the best location of Playa del Carmen, the building has a communal pool with bar open to the public which is very convenient in addition to the private pool that has the depa, very recommended

Great place to stay! Loved the location steps from the beach, nightlife was great the roof gave us incredible views! The downstairs pool and bar were a great amenity. Convenience stores nearby in case you forget something. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect. Nine adults (2 couples and 5 teens/young adults) fit perfectly here. Everything you need and in a perfect location to walk to everything. Beach 1/2 block, 5th Ave 2 blocks...we had a car which was nice for grocery shopping and saving $$ on eating out - kitchen was well equipped - although not quite to the standard of everything else in the unit. Beds were comfortable and dining space was abundant (seating for 10). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
