Beautiful place with a very well-designed kitchen and an outdoor living area in the middle of the 4 houses. The only downside was that there were 8 of us, and the outdoor table is intended for 6. But we used the bar chairs to sit at the end.
The house is just as seen in the listing, beautiful, highly recommended.
Philip's house is super comfortable. A design very much in keeping with a beach house, close to Ballena Park and with a very close and convenient mini market. We had a very nice weekend at his house. I'm just pointing out that it doesn't have a standard oven (for frozen lasagna), but it does have a small toaster oven. And the kitchen is open plan, so it's important to put all the food away at night. Yes, I recommend it for families.
We enjoyed the time very much. The house is beautiful, and the friendly and helpful property manager lives right next door. Definitely recommend, we would book it again at any time!
Beautiful place, just a short distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. We did encounter a minor issue with one of the bedroom doors at check-in, but it was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating two families. The pool was a great bonus, especially in the hot weather, although the water could have been slightly cooler :)
We had a lovely stay at the villa. It is open to the outside world and close enough to amenities to do everything on foot in the beautiful and still very authentic town of Uvita.
We stayed with another family of 5 people and therefore we totally occupied the property. Very nice and comfortable house, very pleasant pool and comfortable relaxation areas. The kitchen has "structural duplicates" (2 sinks, 2 hobs) and is equipped with various useful accessories (knives, tupperware containers). Despite having several appliances (even 2 coffee machines and a Bodum milk frother) there is no toaster, easily replaced with a small electric oven. Quick check-in and check-out, few messages from the owner and manager except to respond to mine.
Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the number of people we had.
Perfect setup for our family of 4 couples. We appreciated the private rooms for each couple and really enjoyed the shared kitchen and living spaces. It’s a beautiful, relaxing and well maintained property.
This is the second time that I have stayed at this property and it is incredible. It is great for a large group or a few families. It is very beautiful, has an amazing kitchen, beautiful plants, and a very nice feel to it. The property manager Tony is the nicest guy ever and is very helpful. It is slightly farther from stores or restaurants if you are wanting to walk, but still doable. Tony can give you restaurant, hike, and taxi recommendations. There is no downside to this place, we loved it!

Wonderful accommodation - very nice rooms and bathrooms. Everything worked well and the amenities were extensive. We were there with 2 families - everyone had privacy. At the same time, the area around the kitchen was great for the group to use together. Even in pouring rain. The location is also really good - restaurants and the beach are within walking distance, but you are a little off the beaten path. We would come back... Thank you
