We rented in April 2025. Very nice place!!!

We lived in Cabo for five years and now travel back frequently for work, so we’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and I can honestly say really had a wonderful stay here! Everything was as listed. Beautiful view! They were kind enough to accommodate us on short notice when we had to switch rentals last minute. Very responsive and friendly. Having the shallow end of the pool and the playground was nice for our kids to be busy. We particularly appreciated the shower pressure, the great A/C in the bedrooms (we didn’t use the main A/C because it wasn’t that hot), the big balcony, and how clean it was. These are things you don’t always find in Cabo. Needless to say, we will be back!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and matched the photos perfectly. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, I would say it felt like home but I liked it a lot more than my actual home lol. Having Costco and Soriana in walking distance was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back! I noticed one recent review complained about noise. That was never an issue for us. It was very quiet at all times and the construction (all of El Tezal is full of it) was not at all disruptive.

A very beautiful place, recommended for a vacation

This is our second year staying at Christian’s place. Wonderful host with a wonderful place! All of the amenities to stay for a week. Our kids love it. Location is perfect also. We usually stop at Costco next door and go to Walmart 5 minutes away to stock up for the week. Pool is perfect. Thank you for everything!

Very nice apartment, quiet and in a rather good location. We had a great time despite the small electricity and water issues. 😉 Thanks to Bethany who was lovely.

What a great place to stay! Even bigger in person with a killer view of the ocean! Clean and comfortable rooms and my family felt right at home. Super responsive host and always accommodating to our changing schedule. Would highly recommend!

The apartment exceeded my expectations, everything was perfect, I'll definitely be back

Pros - Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Really nice towels and bed linens, fully equipped and well stocked kitchen. Strong Wifi. Good TV with Netflix. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Large, south (& ocean) facing balcony. Filtered water throughout. Cons - Some building construction nearby, which can be noisy during the day but is quiet at night.

The place has a gorgeous view and is tastefully decorated! It is very spacious too. We enjoyed the our stay. Easy to get to Cabo San Lucas. The neighborhood feels well maintained and safe. Costco right next door! The host was very flexible on check out. (This has nothing to do with this unit or the host) Do bring your ear plugs since the upstairs guests sometimes go to bed around 4am and the TV and music can be loud. But the property manager was proactive in helping resolve that. Overall very nice stay!

Christian's place is incredible. Would absolutely stay again. The view was incredible. Just woke up this morning in my bed back in Seattle, wishing I could walk out the bedroom and see the view again. The unit is spacious, and at no point did we feel cramped or in each other's way. The kitchen had everything you could need if you're cooking. The WiFi was solid; TVs had Netflix / streaming apps which came in handy for late night movies. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and the storage was ample so we unpacked our stuff and it felt just like home. Highly recommend this spot.
