We loved our stay at NoCo Nosara! The house is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The yard with the pool was a wonderful oasis. Playa Pelada is a beautiful beach and is just a 10 minute walk from the house. From that beach, a short walk on a small trail brings you to Playa Guiones, which is also great. There are nice shops and restaurant in the neighborhood. The host, Jim, was on site and he was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to accomodate our last-minute booking (our other booking was canceled as we were on our way!) and we spent three wonderful days there. We would love to visit again and highly recommend Jim's house.

Me and my friends had a great stay here - the pool and garden are a tropical oasis! Great location with local restaurants in walking distance and a stunning beach for sunset. We felt well looked after, great communication from Gabriel + family who quickly responded to any queries we had.

Nothing but good things to say about this lovely tropical paradise! The house was comfortable, well stocked, and the outdoor space is divine. The neighborhood is very much in development, but has easy access to playa pelada and playa guiones is a 20 min walk away via path! James and Gabriel were very proactive and responsive. Highly recommend for your playa pelada stay!

Great little modern airbnb ! About a 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, this was a wonderful place to stay. Pelada beach is breathtaking and not over crowded. The pool was a nice treat after a warm walk. Host’s James and Gabriel were accommodating and quick to respond. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

10/10 stay and will recommend this place to all family and friends! While the pool is shared, the amazing landscaping makes everything feel like your own private oasis. We woke up (peacefully!) to the sound of wildlife every morning and drank coffee on the front porch while watching the birds in the garden / pool area. The kitchen is well-stocked. Bedrooms are comfortable and well-decorated. Bathroom is very clean with a spacious shower. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was such a help! As for location, it was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to the action... but not hear the action, ha. The beach, multiple coffee shops and restaurants, etc. are all about a 5-10 min easy walk away. I could go on, honestly! But perhaps most importantly, Gabriel and James were so responsive and proactive. 5-star hosts, for sure! We'll be back!

Walking distance to the beach for our young family. the unit was clean and matched the description. The mature vegetation around the pool made the units patio feel very secluded.

Awesome stay at NoCo Nosara!! The location, the home, the pool & outdoor area...everything was fabulous! I was traveling alone, but with two bedrooms and the great patio space, it could easily accommodate a whole family (in fact I hope to return with mine!). I wanted to be somewhere quieter than town, but not too remote, and this was the perfect choice. The quality, minimalist design is calming, clean, and comfortable, and the landscaping is beautiful and also provides privacy between the homes. Loved being able to prepare my food at home in the stocked kitchen, and the wifi was great for when I had to take some work calls. There's a booklet with instructions, helpful information, local spots, etc. which is helpful and clear. Overall, this was a perfect home base for my little surf/yoga escape! Jim and Gabe were great hosts--so accommodating, great communication, quick to respond, and very kind. Good vibes all around at NoCo Nosara!! Truly embodies the pura vida!!

Our stay in Noco Nosara was great, the location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet place but close the restaurants, bars and the beach. I would definitely recommend groups of friends or family to stay here. James and his staff are always friendly and very responsive, they make sure everything is in place, our experience was excellent. 10/10 here!

Really wonderful place in Nosara. A well kept, true 2 bedroom house with a pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washer/dryer is a bonus. The yard out front is nicely landscaped and gated parking is nice. To note, patience as usual in Nosara is required at times given the area's power outages and internet problems. The place is walkable to Pelada beach and a long walk to surf in Guiones. A car is better to get to surf faster. Host is really responsive and kind. Would be happy to stay here in the future.

Very beautiful place, delighted with the stay

James was extremely accommodating last minute for my son and I. We absolutely loved our stay, especially the pool!! Thank you again for everything James!
