Incredible villa! Beat our expectations! Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about booking. Beautiful views and comfy rooms. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything from the concierge, to the housekeeping, to the chef was magnificent.

Such a great house! The views from the pool and balconies are fantastic. The bathroom adjacent to the pool terrace was a must to avoid having to dry off every time we went in the house. The 6th bedroom downstairs is a step down from the rest of the suites, but still does the job. The beach is truly a 7 or 8 minute walk from the house. The pickle ball and tennis court area is a little less than 15 minute walk away, but get ready to use those leg muscles getting up and down the hills! You'll need to take a car service (Uber or otherwise) to get to town. Even though Google Maps says it's a 25-minute walk, it's a significant elevation change and the sun is hot! The daily housekeeper keeps the house spotless, she was fantastic. And we can't recommend using the chefs strongly enough. Alex, Rogelio, and Daniel were AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

Great place — 10 of us had an amazing time with plenty of room. The house concierge was great and booked us rides on very short notice whenever needed. The daily housekeeping was also a very nice touch.

We had the most amazing 10 day stay at Villa Antigua. We booked last minute and Sarah and Ismael were so helpful and attentive and communicative throughout. The house was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. The view was stunning and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Angeles, their housekeeper was an actual angel and came in every day and kept the place so clean, refreshing the beds and bathrooms on the daily. We had absolutely no problems during our stay and everyone went above and beyond to make it wonderful for us. The experience was truly worth every penny and we are so grateful we found this spot! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our group enjoyed our weekend here! Ismael and Chef Alex's team made it very easy to check in and had our villa stocked with groceries upon arrival. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner by Chef Alex's team and it was some of the best food we ate all weekend. It was extremely spacious for our group of 9, and Pedregal felt extremely safe. I would definitely recommend to others visiting Cabo!

We enjoyed our stay for my husbands 40th birthday. Every room had such a great view. We traveled with 6 couples and everyone loved their stay! Ishmael was extremely responsive prior to travel as well as responding to questions/issues. He recommended a great DJ, party decorator and we really enjoyed that all transportation was "luxury" (please be careful on DJ though - neighborhood extremely sensitive for noise and high fines - we had to shut down the DJ early, even with prior HOA approval!). We have been to Cabo a dozen times and love all the local food, so was worried we may be missing out hiring a chef. However, if you are contemplating Chef Alex and team - don't! We ended up only eating out once and used his team for breakfast lunch and dinner. Every meal was absolutely delicious! We even ran out of Champagne one morning and his team ran out for some! He was flexible on pricing/times. Would love to return :)

We had the most incredible time for my bachelorette at Sarah’s place! Ismael and chef Alex truly took care of everything we needed okay more! You will not be disappointed staying at this house!

Really enjoyed staying at Villa Antigua! Amazing place - actually better than the pictures. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful. Incredible ocean views and sunset from the balconies and bedrooms. Our concierge Ismael was great and helpful for organization activities. We got Chef Alex to cook breakfast and a dinner - he is an incredible chef and a great guy overall. We had maid service every day which was an unexpected perk!

What a holiday! Sarah’s home accommodated our 8 guests incredibly well. The view is outrageous and distance to marina is unmatched. Thank you to Sarah and her team for making our stay a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Chef Alex for private catering as well as pre stocking the kitchen!

Our group of 9 friends could not be more pleased with our stay at Villa Pedrigal. Every expectation of our stay was exceeded - from the VIP transportation, to the incredibly friendly and outgoing private chefs that took care of all our meals for an extremely reasoning price, to the outstanding housekeeping to the guest management, to the amazing serenity and luxury that Villa Pedrigal offers. I would highly recommend Sarah's listing to anyone trying to enjoy the amazing experiences that Cabo has to offer!
