Casa Leonardo is very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent and there was communication at all times. We didn't have any incidents. Always attentive to the security of the house. We would definitely stay again 🫰🏻🙂‍↔️

A very comfortable place and easily accessible, it is only 12 minutes from very nice beaches such as Playa Paraíso, nearby places to buy food, a Chedraui 5 minutes away and pharmacies nearby, we will definitely be back !

The communication from the host was outstanding. The rooms were just as pictured. The beds were sooo comfortable. We had an issue with the water pump as soon as we arrived so the host took us to another villa so we can shower since we had dinner reservations. The ACs in some of the rooms were not functioning because of the remote battery but that was minor. The bathroom in the second floor right above the kitchen, always had the floor flooded. The host made it ALL up. Even brought us complimentary wine bottles. Overall it was a rough start but we loved the layout, the proximity to cafes(alegría cafe was the best in terms of food and service) thank you so much to our hosts, we had an unforgettable experience for my sister’s bachelorette getaway: Tulum before the groom! Thank you, thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The home feels like a boutique hotel but all of it is yours. Love the indoor outdoor concept. It’s a little ways from the beach, but that is expected looking at the map. We rented ATVs which made it a lot easier to get around. There are still lots of restaurants and a local store that is walking distance. Beds were comfortable and place was big enough for even more guests than we had. Love this house so much! I always ask would I stay here again, absolutely! Thank you

We had a wonderful time at this villa with our kids. Communication with our host was very easy, we had a little problem with the hot water when we arrived, he sent us someone right away to help us. The bedding was really comfortable. We'll be happy to go back.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My family loved its architecture and amenities. It was spacious and perfect for our big group. The beds were comfortable, the house provided everything we needed. Bellhop was very proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. It felt safe and our stay was comfortable and fun.

I had a wonderful time on my birthday. It was an exclusive girls' trip, and Jose made the stay great. Although it rained daily, the liquid sunshine did not stop a wonderful birthday. The house is in an area where you can visit local stores and restaurants. If you’re thinking about renting here, do it!

The pictures did not do this house justice, the build of the house had a true luxury Tulum vibe. The hosts gave the BEST excursion recommendations which were the highlight of our trip, and the Ana y Jose Beach Club access was such a great inclusive feature. Jacuzzi was nice and warm and they even helped us arrange decorations upon arrival for my birthday! They made our girls trip one we will never forget. I would absolutely stay again!
